Fantastic value, ask for a room on the pool side of building , we had no highway noise here .. Easy commute to the whole Gold Coast from here by bus..not a fancy place but clean , and has what you need .. The people who run the place are lovely and really helpful... Couldn't do enough for us.. We like staying near the beach on the Gold Coast and the Outrigger is right near it at North Burleigh. This puts it close to all the cafes and restaurants at Burleigh Heads and a close walk to other restaurants at Miami and the North Burleigh Surf Club. Also, Coles and a 7-11 are nearby. It is a low rise...

We were made to feel welcome by one of the staff when we arrived and were given one of the updated rooms. Very happy with accommodation and although we had one of the street facing units the noise was very minimal with the door closed and the air conditioning. on. In walking distance to all amenities. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was kind and friendly. Due to the many luggages that we had, she changed our room from a third floor room to a ground floor room, as their lift was under maintenance. However the room was not the cleanest and was full of insects. Upon arrival there were lots of ants crawling over the sink and the bath...

Hello Stephen, thank you for your feedback and we had all the units sprayed 2 for the biannual pest control so sorry to hear of your troubles. We will give greater attention to that unit. regards Burleigh Management

Decor in rooms is very outdated. The toilet made a constant hissing sound and when the tap was turned on over the basin, it coughed and spluttered, shook like crazy and made a heck of a noise. For the price we paid we expected something a bit nicer and better maintained. We're not in a hurry to visit again.

The hotel has renovated and some unrenovated rooms. I stayed in an unrenovated room. It had the standard shower over the bath however the water pressure was good and the water temp was hot. The room was clean and furnishings are well maintained. The holtel has two pools, one deep and the other one more for younger children. The spa...

We stayed for two nights in the summer. Staff were friendly and very helpful with suggesting eating places. The room was fine with views out over the back and had a balcony where it was possible to get a glimpse of the sea with the hotel being one block back from the beach. Good choice for us.

We stayed in the family room, the bathroom needs updating but besides that it was a very comfortable room for 3 adults. Great location in North Burleigh at a very reasonable price. We'll be back in summer!

We were tired from driving around looking for a descent place to stay & thought this looked good. we opted for the more expensive renovated room & we got a very modern, spacious & comfortable room, facing the ocean with a really modern bathroom. Parking spaces were a good size & the staff friendly. Only a blocks walk to the...
