Good, comfortable hotel. Nice, comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Lovely breakfast room - great view. Helpful staff. Easy access and just a five minute walk to Katoomba proper for restaurants, etc.

As soon as we walked into the Blue Mountain Heritage Hotel we felt at home. Very cosy and friendly. There were log fires burning in the lounges and wonderful views over the Blue Mountains, ideal place to sit and relax. Our room was very spacious and had all we required for our stay. Ideally situated too.The food and staff in... More

Only stayed overnight but it was obvious to us that we will return in the cooler months again as the log fires look very appealing. Plenty of parking and the view from our breakfast table was just amazing.

Second stay at this hotel. Positives: the rooms are pleasant and warm, if a bit dated. Upstairs room we had the first time had an amazing view. The bar/lounge is lovely to relax in after dinner, and the restaurant food is excellent. Both times we've eaten there, there were only a few diners, despite the hotel being full. Service is... More

Dear Samantha A Thank you for staying with us again, we are always delighted to welcome back return guests. We had group of 14 stay for two nights. Lovely open lounges with wood fires. The rooms are comfortable but quite small. One of our group was kept awake on both nights by noisy neighbours so this could be a problem. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent although expensive with mains $35 and entree... More

It is pleasing to hear, dinner in our Jamison Views Restaurant was excellent. My boyfriend surprised me with a one-night stay here for our anniversary, and I was so pleased to find the hotel so quaint, cozy and inviting. It has a rustic, vintage feel that is a pleasant contrast from the sterile modernity of most hotel chains and larger resorts. We especially liked the fireplaces in the lounge areas, the historical photographs... More

My husband & I came to Katoomba to get away from the city life. As soon as we stepped into this hotel stress eased. It brings you back in time with beautiful decor which fits the era of the hotel. A very well located property. All facilities are of high quality. Our room was excellent, very comfortable and great spa. The open fires and sitting area with views are first class. The breakfast was of high quality and evening meal in the restaurant very good.

The Mountain Heritage is a very ordinary hotel. It is quite expensive for what you get in terms of hotel room, public lounge and breakfast. The public lounge looks tired, worn and no decent reading lamps are anywhere to be found. The breakfast consists of the usual breakfast food. No variety of breads were available - white bread and raisin... More

Dear Kamaroi Thank you for staying with us. The Spa Fireplace Room you occupied, is very spacious, with a lovely fireplace and spa bath.
