We booked this restaurant ahead for my dad's birthday. They required a $100.00 non refundable deposit for the booking as we were are party larger than 6 people. The only option they have is a 2 course menu or 3 course so be sure to check their menu and pricing. We had 3 children with us who ordered from their... More

My husband and I were transferred to a deluxe valley view room at Echoes after booking in at Lilianfels, this was the best thing that could have happened, the views are just incredible. I have stayed in some of the most magnificent hotels in the world including the hotel Monteleone in New Orleans and Ceasar's Palace, Echoes is certainly on... More

Stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe view room. The hotel is located near to echo point. While it is around a 20-30 min walk from katoomba station (where most eateries are), there is a pretty steep slope in between so if carrying luggages, taking a bus (last bus at 4+pm) or a cab (AUD$8+) will be better options. Having... More

Stayed at Echoes for 3 nights with my husband. Views of the escarpment from our room was amazing. Great service offered by the hotel staff and location of the hotel was convenient only a short walk to the famous 3 Sisters. We ate at both Echoes restaurant and Darley's restaurant. Both were quite exxy. If I were to choose one,... More

Highly recommend. Staff are welcoming & friendly, room was very clean & tidy but it is the views that will bring you here again & again. They were simply breathtaking! We stayed in a corner suite (Wentworth) and we had views from all 3 windows that were like picture postcard perfect. It was lovely to wake up each morning, open... More

We had a great experience from the moment we stepped foot into the property. The view from our room balcony was breathtaking! Furnishings were cozy and luxurious. The Darley's restaurant next door at Lilianfels is a must-visit. The frontdesk staff went out their way to assist us in an emergency during our stay. You won't find this kind of excellent... More

My husband and I had our fifth stay at Echoes at Katoomba. Says it all really. Echoes is a beautiful hotel perched on the escarpment and our room had panoramic views. The complementary breakfast is very nice and I was so glad to see the lovely lady who has worked at Echoes for over a decade. Dinner was nice, but... More

I would highly recommend staying at Echoes over any other hotel in the mountains. I went with my boyfriend and it was a truly magical experience. The rooms are quite large and the views are amazing. I have no complaints, it's great value for money. This is how hotels should be.

We have been to the mountains several times already but our stay in this hotel topped it all! The experience was the greatest! Excellent room with the view of Jamison Valley! Staff are very friendly. The room was very neat and tidy. The restaurant was superb! From entree to dessert, everything was perfect! The creme brûlée was to die for!... More

Stunning views, very elegant modern room of 5 star standard. Great service. Linked to Lillenfela hotel across the road so we enjoyed their pool and access to spa. Room service options from in house or Lillenfels- bit of a rip off at min. 2 courses for $79pp - our room service bill was $200 for dinner for 2 just for... More
