I had a rush one night trip to Jindabyne last week and got a room at the motel. The owner Mark was extremely friendly and helpful and this is a great spot for families and couples. Tony's Pizzaria is in house plus the bar is open for a cold beer or wine. Good choice for hot/cold breakfast. Room was clean... More

Where can you stay at the gateway to the snow, short notice booking, decent pizza, comfortable room, basic breakfast included, for $149. And Wi Fi is free and actually works. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

So glad we only stayed here one night on our way to the snow. It was awful. The bunk beds are welded back together and do not appear safe, and look like gaol beds. The bedding is feral and old and musky, the carpet is vile and the bathrooms are bare. The owner is rude and now having read the... More

Great clean, roomy and relaxed hotel. Chilled out hostel style hotel with large rooms amd private bathrooms. Two very large communal areas. Games and foxtel in upstairs lounge area. Bar and woodfire pizza downstairs. Family friendly. Great breakfast included. They were strict in communal area curfew upstairs at 10pm which was great so we could rest after a big day... More

Booked a room for 4 Adults and 1 eight year old child. Carpet was old, damaged and dirty, beds comfortable and bathroom had been refurbished. rooms were warm. Breakfast included in the rate and was good to start the day. Hotel was further away from town than we thought and we had to drive to dinner rather than walk as... More

My husband Christopher and I booked into this place some months ago for a holiday planned for July 2016. Christopher spoke to Mark from the motel to confirm that it was indeed wheelchair accessible, as he uses a wheelchair. Mark was very accommodating and friendly over the phone, advising that it was indeed completely accessible and he put Christopher's mind... More

Spacious family rooms are hard to come by during peak ski season, and we found Acacia reasonably priced for the 2 day weekend package on offer. The owners are passionate and work hard to please customers- always a good sign. Breakfast is ok and pizza dinner may be slightly overpriced. The room is clean with new toilet fittings and enough... Great value for money and love the hot breakfast! Kids love the common play area and cannot have enough time there. Kids also loved the two dogs. This is our second visit. The ownership has changed. The new owners have renovated the place and improved service as well.

This is the first time staying somewhere else then the station. I'd recommend this place over the station if your staying with family or kids. First up the whole hotel is connected internally so u don't have to go outside at all. They have a wood fired pizza down stairs for dinner which is reasonably priced and is quite nice... More
