We visited the Acacia Motel in the off season. The staff are very friendly and the motel room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom and a huge comfy king sized bed. The room was $85 a night and included a continental breakfast. We stayed two nights and used this as our base for exploring the area. Located not far...

The motel has friendly local staff and could not have been more obliging. The premises are configured for groups staying during the snow season so, although I was travelling solo, I ended up with a room comprising eight bunk beds and two chairs. No table. The bed was comfortable enough but I wasn't expecting to sleep in a bunk bed....

We stayed 3 nights and it was the best customer service we have had from a motel. The managers Craig and Carly were very accommodating and friendly. Motel well placed to visit the snow fields. Town was quiet when we visited and some eating places were closed. Many picturesque places to visit around Jindabyne.

The Acacia Snowy Motel is an older style Motel, but it is clean, comfortable and well located if you're looking for accomodation close to the snowfields. The hosts, Craig and Carly are friendly and welcoming. Our room had a king sized bed, bunks and a trundle, with only 3 of us using it there was ample moving space; modern bathroom...

When booked for a work trip they were very accommodating to us as we arrived in the early hours of the morning and agreed for us to have a generously late checkout on our leaving date due to our work projects. The previous owners were awesome to help us out with this. We were then greeted by new management on...

We arrived at the motel earlier than check in and were pleasantly surprised when the manager said the room was ready for us. The manager pointed out the wifi login straight away and I was impressed the wifi was pretty good considering the motel was at full capacity. Our room was a deluxe family room located on the top floor...

I called to enquire about rooms after finding availability online. I was quoted a room rate that was double what was listed online. When I queried this I was told by the manager that I could book whatever I had found and she didnt care anymore. That it was the end of the season and she was over it. I...

We were very happy with our recent stay at Acacia Snowy Motel. To enter the property for parking and reception etc, you must enter from the back of the building. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds and a king size bed for the parents which is a nice change as most places only supply a queen bed...
