We came here with friends for L'Etape. We were in 2 bedroom rooms , the en suite one on the top and a smaller one on the first floor. The hotel needs a good pick me up, the rooms are tired and old. They are resort style so they don't do the rooms. They should also change the towels as...

I stayed in Jindabyne out of season. The hotel was nearly empty but the staff were friendly and attentive, remembering my drink preferences from one night to the next. The food was quite good at the restaurant. The location by the lake is charming, the view from the lakeside rooms very good indeed. What was disappointing was the room itself....

I usually like to make fellow travellers aware of outstanding service which should be applauded. Unfortunately, I need to let you know that my husband and I checked in, late November and all seemed great. Room was fantastic, clean. Dinner in the restaurant was great, food and service, immaculate. Then, I went to make a cup of tea....... a standard...

Located on the water, all rooms with terraces and great lake views. And the weather was superb. Service is excellent, breakfast was high quality. Rooms could do with an update, ie Scratches on the vanity and bath, stains on the carpet. Couple of cigarette buts on the terrace. But we could live with this and will return Value for money,...

This is pretty obviously a management rights property where units are individually owned but managed by Rydges. Hence it was not all one would expect from a Rydges property but nevertheless was worth the stay particularly as we took advantage of a weekend special rate for our 2 night stay. Our room was ground floor looking out on the lake...

The hotel is situated next to the lake and the rooms have great views. Some have undercover parking and it is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Many of the rooms have full facilities including washer and dryer plus a nice deck to take in the scenery.

Stayed for 2 nights and was promised great room. Received poor room and asked to spend second night in better digs . Was told that would be ok but fees incurred because room would have service. If we stayed 1 night this would have had to be done ? Fees were waved BUT got to breakfast next day and was...

The accommodation here is very good but the resort facilities do not seem to be there for the guests. The restaurant and bar are closed Sunday & Monday which is as advertised. We were unlucky to be there Tuesday of the Melbourne Cup where they had a party in the bar/restaurant and decided to close them for the night at...
