Room was clean and comfortable. As it is a snow area hotel I thought we would have better drying facilities for the snow gear. My husband couldn't park near the room so had to park on the street. Breakfast was included. As it was peak season I paid a lot of money for basic accommodation. Only stayed one night.

I stayed here with my 13yo son and his mate. Facilities were perfectly fine for basic setup. Room was warm with heater running and a second mobile oil heater was also available. TV in room was bonus at end of night to quieten the boys down. We had bunks in the room which was fine for the boys, and two... More

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It cost $115 for 2 adults 2 kids. No fans or aircon but had oil heater. Rooms had thin walls so you can hear everything and we have a bunch of people throwing a party under us until 230am slamming doors laughing drinking and there was no number for me to ring to let... We stayed here for a wedding. The room had a king bed and was clean and cosy. Awesome value at only $90 close to all locations. The 2 dogs were friendly. It has a pool table and ping pong table for the kids. It had a small restaurant that could serve breakfast. Worth a look if you are staying here.

Waking up to see a red sky lit at sunrise..what an amazing view! We were five young travellers staying at Alpine Resort for two nights. Heaps of space, clean and especially such a friendly and helpful host. We asked for pans, Oil and got it all. Even the grill was cleaned especially for us. We would definately recommend this place... Great place and Value for the money. All was clean and the managers James and Kim went out of his way to help us but we were angry on arrival as we could not find the place. Then climbed a million stairs to find reception. There is a sign but not visable in the dark. No hotel signs have lights... More

Visited with friends in a 5 bed family room. Furnishings were adequate for short stay but room quickly became overcrowded whenever we did not pick up after ourselves. Beds were comfortable however found the necessity to constantly plug and unplug the fridge annoying if we needed/wanted to use another motel provided appliance. Likewise needed to ask for bath plug, apparently... More

I knew I was in the right place when I slid the door open to find Vicki taking five on the couch and taking in the News bulletin. Vicki sprung up and greeted me with a sincere welcome (at first I thought she is so glad to see me maybe they haven't had any guests since last winter). I naturally... More

We just stayed the night as a budget place to crash over after hiking to Mount Kosciuszko. I was pleasantly surprised, our room was very clean and had nice new-ish carpet as well as a recently renovated bathroom which was very clean and had a nice sun/sky light letting ambient light in from the top. Also a great view of... More

Stayed one night as a stopover. Affordable price so we chose it. Woke up in the middle of the night with at least 20 bite marks across my body. Turned the light on to see little bugs and blood marks on the bed. Not cool.
