Bullock Mt Homestead is not a five star, silver service holiday, instead it is a place to go where you can do as much, or as little, as you want without anyone paying any attention to you. There are pros and cons with every place you will stay and Bullock Mt Homestead is no exception but in my opinion the... More

This was our fourth visit, and still one of our favorite places for total relaxation over a long weekend. Two families occupy two adjoining cabins, with BBQ cooking on the veranda. So much for teen boys to do: Roaming the bushland, sapphire fossicking, river swimming and yabby collection. The absence of easy wifi access is an added bonus in keeping... More

We stayed at this property for five days, hosts Anne and Mal were accommodating, helpful, friendly and approachable with an excellent knowledge of the area. This part of Australia is well worth the visit and we will be returning. The camp sites are well located along River frontage or the smaller creek. All sites are secluded and offer perfect isolation... More

Our third visit to this location and we weren't disappointed. As friendly and professional as ever, the hosts Malcolm & Ann have made many improvements to the area since our last visit and have plans for the future. We look for.ward to being here again. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this fantastic farm. The boys loved the fossicking, exploring the mine, yabby hunting in the river & settling the chooks off at night. The boys were able to camp in tents while we slept in a fabulous retro caravan and enjoyed a very peaceful couple of nights sleep. The hosts were super... More

Bullock Mountain Homestead surprised us in many ways: stunning beautiful nature, amazing wildlife and friendly farm animals, great fossicking, lovely swimming holes, perfect tidiness with a lot of love for details and the most inviting friendliest hosts! We liked it so much that we came back after two weeks! Highly recommended for every age group!

Stayed at Bullock Mountain recently with a group of friends and experienced what real farmstay hospitality is all about. Stayed in one of the onsite vans and although they are aged, they are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners are more than happy to share their fantastic verandah and shared a long happy hour chatting without TV. Recommend.

Having spent some years in the hospitality industry it was pleasing to meet like minded hosts at Bullock Mountain. The property is quiet and peaceful, the activities available are interesting and the family atmosphere created by the owners is beautiful.

We came here for the 4 day pub crawl on horseback and had a fabulous time! The horses were in great condition, responsive and obviously well cared for- each rider is allocated a horse according to experience and is responsible for it throughout the 4 days (saddling etc.). At no stage did we feel like we were in a ‘riding... More

Stayed 2 nights at Bullock Mountain Homestead with partner and 2 dogs and weren't made to feel welcomed, told to turn off radio at 8.30pm and the caravan was below adverage standards. Alison, the owner can be very sharp tongued at times think she needs a lesson in customer service.Only met her husband when he told us to turn off... More

Sorry you felt un-welcomed as it was not our intention when you arrived. Sorry if we asked you several times to keep your dogs on a leash (as was our policy) and sorry if your very loud radio was at 9.30pm asked to be turned down. Plenty to do here if you want to get off your butt and enjoy... More
