Excellent value for money. Very clean with comfortable bed. Great for families and groups. Central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We stayed on a Saturday night for a wedding with friends.

Great quiet motel in the centre of town with everything provided. Basic accommodation but very comfortable, set around an open courtyard with parking at the rear. Within easy walking distance of the main shopping area, hotels and restaurants.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and quickly felt at ease in this homely motel, full of rustic charm. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the service was faultless. Close enough to the snow fields at a great affordable price. You won't find better value for money!

Charming and rustic - back to basics accommodation. We had an overnight stay and found from the friendly welcoming, the clean and tidy room - there was nothing left to ask for. Would definitely stay again.

By far my worst experience with a motel/hotel. We wanted something cheap for one night and that's about the only box this place ticked. The room was fine for what we paid but then we found the sheets on the bed were dirty. When we went to speak to reception, the lady accused us of 'looking for a casual arrangement...

Cheap but dirty, the bathrooms need scrubbing, there's cobwebs everywhere and the floor needs cleaning but the bed's comfortable and the sheets are clean. It was also extremely hard to contact the office to make the booking

Booked this hotel in Cooma after I wasn't able to find suitable accommodation in Jindabyne. Whilst it is definitely a budget motel and the rooms rooms were very old, they were clean. The room included a microwave but it looked very old. The TV was fine. There is enough parking and it is just a 5 minute walk to shops...

Attempted to call Bunkhouse directly to book a quick overnight stay. Called several times to no avail. Finally got connected, booked the nights stayed with my credit card numbers provided. I was informed a key would be left for me in the reception as I would be arriving after midnight. Low and behold, no keys were left and the booking...

The Bunkhouse might not be the flashest or latest - but it's location is very handy, the basic beds are comfortable, linen is decent, rooms are warm. Rooms aren't serviced but people are amazing - I doubt anything reasonable request for this price bracket would be too hard. Rooms are very old but clean. We live rurally and often need...

We stayed here just recently for 3 nights in a self contained room, the experience was disgusting. The shower had black mould and the shower curtain was dirty. The cups were dirty, the lady said they would be cleaned but they were in the same place 3 days later. There was no washing up detergent. The extendable table ends were...
