It was nothing short of a shocker. The pool was packed....with bugs. It was cloudy, dirty and as cold as the south Atlantic. The aircon would turn on, just wouldn't cool the room. TV had no sound. Booked for 6 and had bedding for 4......of which one bedding set had what looked like a urine stain on it. Feel a...

A group of us booked and stayed for a sporting event for the weekend. We made the biggest mistake by staying in this place that they call a caravan park. This place is atrocious. There were holes in the caravan floor caused by rot. Mouse droppings all in the cupboards where dishes, cups and chopping board was kept. The linen...

Arrived a bit after sundown, unbeknownst to me that we would be leaving before sunrise.Upon arrival I walked outside of our car and heard the unpleasant sound of people swearing. It sounded like people were coming to blows over who should "greet" us first. As I have a family this was totally unacceptable. I foolishly then left my wife and children...

Hired an onsite van overnight, no linen provided. Reasonable price, and location was exactly what I needed. Van was clean and tidy, with cutlery and crockery provided. Unfortunately the fridge was not turned on prior to arrival, and being a 40+ day I was disappointed to return to the van later that night and the fridge was not working (I...

Google maps directed us to this caravan park, unbeknownst to me how far out of town it actually was, or the type of Caravan park it was! We stayed for one night and felt very unsafe once night descended. People yelling and swearing within our families hearing, we felt we had landed in a nuthouse. We had very little sleep...

When we checked in we asked about the swimming pool and we were told it was closed in winter, even though it was Spring and the pool was indoors. We were told to park our caravans (There were 3 families) on the lawn. The grass was so overgrown and there were weeds everywhere. There was no playground, even though they...
