Great location, wonderful service, lots of room choices but ocean view spa top floor are best for couples as pool rooms get a lot of noise. Serenity pool is amazing escape for couples from families and kids in main pools. Hotel is very clean, modern, comfortable and private. Loved our stay.

We have stayed in Pam Cove several times before. We booked Peppers for a luxury experience as we have had at other hotels in this group. Sadly, this hotel did not live up to expectations of a Peppers Hotel and did not deliver value for money.

We picked this place because we wanted a romantic getaway from Melbourne winter. The place looked the part, and I wont lie, I booked it because it said it had a swim up bar. The rooms are awesome, as is the location, its a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for, but what I didn't...

Dear aprilau2016, Thank you for taking the time to offer your comments regarding your recent stay at Peppers Beach Club and Spa. It is pleasing to read you found the location of the resort amazing - and I understand the reasons for getting away to a Tropical Paradise from a Melbourne winter. Palm Cove's winter is obviously a 'peak' time...

Although it is slightly on the pricey side for someone staying on their own, I found it hard to leave on the morning I was checking out. It really had everything you need in close proximity. I had an amazing experience & I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

The amenities make it easy to never leave the resort after check-in but the lovely restaurants, beaches and water activities within walking distance are worth exploring. Rooms are well equipped, clean and sspacious. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. A perfect family getaway!

Beautiful accomodation however the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Surprisingly it did not have fresh fruit for being a tropical location and cheese that was off and little selection. We were happy with pool and rooms but it is definitely not a five star and was not what we expected.

The resort and room was beautiful. We didn't expect the room to be so spacious. We stayed in the Spa Penthouse which overlooked the rainforest.
