We had a lagoon room directly in front of the pool which was perfect with two kids under two! We could run in and out through the balcony gate making very easy access. The beach pool is ideal for families and they offer beach toys for kiddies which is a bonus. You can order drinks and food to have by... More

Peppers Resort Palm Cove in August sees mild weather mixed with pleasant and busy resort. Positioned in the heart of Palm Cove you have everything you expect, food shopping and entertainment. Room clean and reasonably modern with view to pool and on balcony spa. Suggest for longer stays that you enquire about room general bench space to couple with the... More

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The customer service was fantastic. The staff were always very friendly and obliging. The breakfast buffet was really nice, they had everything you could ask for. The restaurant in the hotel was also very nice. We stayed in a ground floor, 2 bedroom suite with pool access to the serenity pool which was... More

Loved it. Great for kids and lagoon pool is lovely and sheltered from the Main Street which can be windy. Great service too. Apartments are decent size and well kept. A little but expensive if you want cleaning, etc. But Will be back

Great weeks holiday in Palm cove with our 2 year old daughter. Fantastic facility for family - couples should beware if you don't like small kids though - there are a lot! For new families it really is ideal though - secure and indoor pool means you don't need to swim at the beach and you can swim up to... More

Stunning property, friendly staff. Noise from drilling at 8am was a bit much and continued until 11am. App for food didn't work. Too many stairs to get to top floor, I fell over going up them and got a black eye.

Ideal position, great outlook, friendly staff and beautiful gardens make for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A minor complaint, but a bottleneck at the toaster could be solved with another continuous toaster.

If you want to relax -could be difficult, cause lots of children around the pool. House keeping could be improved (dirt under the bed, in the corners and on high located shelves). No room/lobby to sit at night and have some drinks.

We had a great time at Peppers Beach Club & Spa. The lagoon pool, heated pool, spa and infinity pool gave us choices as to temperature of the water, depth, level of privacy. We thought this was great and made the most of all pool areas. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had booked a few day trips... More
