I am originally from Albania and this was my first time returning back after 13 years of not being there. I came here with my dad in August 2019. It took me a while to write this as I wanted to take my time with it to express my gratitude to Piro, Mona, and Rudi.

This hotel was beautiful. Everything about it was tasteful. I loved that even though the hotel was at capacity, it never felt busy or loud. I was always able to enjoy some peace and quiet with myself admiring the view or reading a book, etc.

From the moment my father and I arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and respect - I am so thankful for that because after a long flight and lost luggages, we needed some peace. Mona, Piro, and Rudi were always there at any time of day so if you ever needed anything, they were there to help/offer advice.

The rooms were modern and clean with breathtaking views. The beds, pillows, and couches were extremely comfortable! The view alone of the sunset/sunrise you see from this hotel, is priceless. I think the rooms are all situated and designed in this way so the guests can see this view on a daily - that is a great choice, kudos to the architect!

The restaurant also offers a spectacular view. So when you have your amazing and fresh breakfast with coffee/tea, you can see the Adriatic Sea and feel the fresh breeze. Yes, the hotel offers breakfast (I believe this is included in the room price). But the restaurant also has lunch and dinner menus at really affordable prices so if you were too tired to leave the hotel to look for a restaurant, everything is already there!

Now, the pool and the beach! I didn't spend much time by the pool area but I saw people enjoying their time there. The pool and the surrounding area/chairs were always clean and maintained well, as were the hotel grounds.

I loved the beach. The hotel has their own private beach that also offers beverage/food services from the hotel staff. The chairs and umbrellas are already set up for you so all you have to do is walk a short distance (across the street) and you'll be comfortable for the rest of the day on the beach.

Once again, I am so thankful for everything that Piro, Mona, and Rudi did for my father and I during our stay. I can't express it enough. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Albania. I have already recommended it to a few of my coworkers looking to travel there this summer.

Much love,
Dajana Zeqo

This owner/operator hotel is in a great location on the Albanian Riveria. The owners are a lovely couple who provide excellent customer service! They help everyone feel so welcome. I even received flowers on my birthday during my brief stay! Our room facing the sea was spacious, spotless, well appointed, airy, and had a huge deck that enjoyed morning shade, and was the perfect spot for a private, relaxing coffee. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot and cold items, local honey and jams, fresh fruit and plenty of tasty coffee. Their beach across the street has plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas, and the sea water is clean and gorgeous. If you prefer a pool, they have a large clean pool, with a view of the sea, and plenty of lounge chairs. They support Albanian artists so there was beautiful artwork everywhere including the rooms. Highly recommend!!

When looking for lodging in Vlore, I eliminated Vlore center as the sea's there pretty shallow. We wanted clear deeper sea, out of city hustle, and exactly that we got at Picasso's some 8 km south of center.
The hotel seems pretty new, and hosts were very kind. They have private parking and a nice pool, but biggest plus is their private beach just across the road with crystal sea and included sunbeds.
All the rooms face sea, however we got the edge one with smaller balcony, but they were full mid-August. Room was well sized and clean.
Breakfast was very good, served daily in an open terrace facing the sea.

What a great time we had. These folks take hospitality to a whole new level.
Our room was perfect. the bed was large and comfortable. the balcony was large and gave us an amazing view of the sea. The breakfast was what we needed with Mona hooking us up with some delicious custom omelets. I asked if there was a nearby bakery where we could buy a cake for my wife's birthday. Mona sent someone into town to get it for us and then helped our friends set up a surprise breakfast birthday party for her.
We will certainly be back.

Me and my family had a great time at this hotel. The owners are lovely and went out there way to help us. The kids loved the pool and beach. Would definitely recommend we had the rooms with the balcony looking over at the sea it was amazing watching the sun set.

We were a family of 10 coming from Canada and Norway and we stayed almost a week in July at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was super clean, spacious, comfortable and with a sea view from rooms and especially the breakfast lounge to die for. The breakfast was delicious and full of varieties. The staff was absolutely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We felt at home and when we go back to Albania, we'll make sure to stay at this hotel again.

We've stayed in Picasso in July-August 2020 and it was an amazing vacation! The first thing to mention is the owners' hospitality! Mona and Piro are always ready to help, advise, and solve any issues if there are some. They also offered us a beautiful room at the top of the hotel with a stunning sea view. Room was. new, big, and light. Linens were changed every day, the whole personnel is very friendly. additionally, they helped us with the car rental and places to see in Albania. The hotel has its own beach with good entrance to the sea. Highly recommend!
