This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it. The staff are the absolute nicest people and will do anything for you. The owners are always present and will stop and have a conversation with you. The breakfast every morning is fresh and homemade with a large selection of local sliced fruit. Omelettes and pancakes to order and fresh baked goods. There are a few hotel mascots that roam around and greet you. They’re never a bother. You’ll want to adopt them before you leave. The pool is beautiful and the swim up bar has the BEST blended drinks. Raymond, Madison and Cecilia are so friendly, you can easily end up hanging out with them all day in piña colada bliss. Definitely try one of their massages at the spa! Or, simply walk across the street to the beautiful beach and Edward will make you any drink you want at the beach bar. We were there during hurricane Fiona. They haven’t had a storm hit like that in 24 years. We felt safe and continued to have power since they are equipped with large generators. They brought us food to our rooms just incase they couldn’t open the restaurant. The next day the owner was outside helping with the cleanup. This is a home away from home. No need to look anywhere else. If you’re looking for a stale, cold ‘Marriott’ experience, this is not your place. If you want to feel comfortable, relaxed and feel like family with all the island feels with great food, drinks and sand, look no further! Thank you Inca for a great stay!

Hotel's Favorite
This trip was absolutely amazing. I'm so glad that we stayed outside of the high tourist areas like Punta Cana and La Romana. We decided on Las Terrenas and it was fantastic. The hotel is close to many many restaurants but also has one of their own. El Torro (sp?) had a pretty good menu of fresh fish and seafood as well as many other common menu items. There is a bar on the beach and right near the front of the hotel for drinks and hanging out. The hotel had breakfast every morning with a variety of local dishes and fresh fruit. There was also an omelet/egg station. The staff at the front desk and bars were friendly, even in the spa. I had a hard time because I didn't speak Spanish very well but my friend is fluent so I'm glad she was with me. The villa/apartment was nice and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. One has a king bed and the other had two twin beds. There is ample seating in the living area and outdoors on the patio. Kitchen was equipped if you wanted to cook dinner. Also a water cooler is provided. The spa, pool, and other areas were also nice. Parking is bad, or maybe I should say the area is small, but we were always able to find somewhere to park on the property. There is an armed security guard after dark. That scared me but also assured me. Overall, great stay. Would stay here again if ever in Las Terrenas.

We stayed early March to early April, in #58, a one bedroom. We had stayed in a studio 3 years ago for 10 day (#19), so knew the property and what to expect. We were not disappointed. Celia and sometimes coverage at the pool bar by Madison were always friendly and knew how to mix a Pina Colada. Extra marks for the effort on the display via flowers from the property. The property is so well maintained with mature trees, plants and flowers. The management team of Imke and Rocco reside on the property and Rocco was the builder, suffice to say they take great pride in maintaining standards. The beach chairs and new beach bar are a welcome upgrade, with wonderful breezes to create a great relaxing place for part of a day. We always liked to end the day poolside to listen to the music and perhaps chat with some other short or longer term residents. Looking forward to returning next winter. Cheers, k and a.

Alisei is located just in front of the beach - the narrow Punta Marico. But just walking 300-400 m to the left you come to the broader and nicer Playa de las Ballenas. The pool area is calm and nice with a big pool and a pool bar. The apartments are big with a big balcony and kitchen. Clean and well maintained. The area between the buildings are green and with a lot of flowers and trees. The breakfast is nothing special. No yoghurts, a few selections of warm dishes and fruits and bread. The WiFi is slow. There are restaurants nearby but if you want to have the good selection you need to walk 1 km to the downtown. The road is very dark during night time and it seems that there is a bad habit here that all tourists likes to rent scooters, ATV’s and other noisy vehicles and are passing by the hotel day and night.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The hotel was very well located but the rooms a bit antiquated and small, but fine for the weekend. On the day we were leaving, my husband when he took a shower put his wedding band on the coffee table and forgot to put it back on. On our way back home he remembered and we called the hotel for them to save it and ship it for us. They said they found nothing in the room when it was CLEARLY left on the coffee table. We called several times asking for the manager and no one could assist us. I find it extremely ODD that it mysteriously disappeared and no one was willing to help us or take responsibility for what had occurred. I do not respect the hotels lack of honesty. I will never stay here again.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE... upon arrival we were given our rooms Shamefull . Old furniture. Far from being a 4* Both tv not working. Weak airco. Stinky bathrooms with towels that have made first world war... Black from humidity... Bed sheets with Not other room available so we decided to change hotel. They were ready to reimburse only 50 % ... its a shame. We saw very good reviews here but from 2020. So we were very surprised. DONT GO THERE Friendly advise..

The Location is great, the room is comfortable and spacious with a large balcony. They need to improve breakfast variety. What I was looking for I got. We have lunch at noon at the IL Nido Cucina Italiana Restaurant (3 minutes walking from the hotel). Tips: walk 15 minutes to Las Ballenas Beach, it is the best beach area. You can also go by car to Playa Coson, a gigantic beach perfect for surfers.

Great location and facilities. Large rooms with nice pool and dining options. Staff were fantastic especially Celia at the pool bar. Beach is right across the street and there are plenty of lounge chairs at both the beach and pool. Only a 10 minute walk into the village for restaurants. Plenty of nearby (5 min walk) restaurants and beach bars as well.
