Loved this small place, very clean, great temperature in the room (didn't need the A/C - extra charge applies-), hot water in shower and comfy beds. Also nice parking, securiry and pool. The service is really good and Mayra is very nice and helped us on a quick check in. I will for sure return and recommend this place. Very close to the beach and downtown las terrenas (less than 10 minutes on car). They also offer a good breakfast for an extra charge and is a must!

This place is very good. Although it is like a shared Villa/hotel, It is very private and secure. The pool is great and although the hotel does not have beach access, the beach is only 3 to 4 minutes away driving. The rooms are very comfortable and Pedro and Melanie make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. They are very nice and did everything they could to make us feel at home and happy while we stayed. However, our room had an issue with the AC, it was not working for the 2 nights we were there, but Pedro tried to fix it multiple times. Also, I believe there could be better communication between the security and the guest, and the rules should be made clear to all of the guests to avoid any issues. But other than that, the place is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Las Terrenas.

Beautiful, clean, safe, small and intimate boutique hotel with an excellent personalized service. This little gem is less than a 5 minute drive from Punta Popy Beach. The rooms are very spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, TV with cable, and free Wi-fi is provided. Virginia and Pedro are great hosts, very friendly, welcoming and informative. The grounds are very well kept and there is ample parking space. There is a US$10 fee for air conditioning, but we did not need it,our room was cool and it had ceiling fans. The breakfast is the best! Pedro you are the best cook ever! Thank you! For only $290 pesos (US$5.50) per person, you get to choose between a sweet or savory breakfast, we chose the savory one, and included: scrambled eggs, tortilla española (spanish tortilla), toast, coffee and milk, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and your choice of fruit or fruit juice. Yummy! I would definitely come back, supper recommended!

Beautiful, clean, tranquil property in Las Terrenas. The owner was lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and a hefty portion. The only thing is the beach is about a 15-20 minute walk, not ideal for those on foot. I believe the price reflects this and is still worth it.

The staff was very friendly and the residence has a lovely atmosphere. They also have a lot of information about the region. All of which is useful for travelers to travel. I went during the high season and the price was very accessible. Security parking lot, and breakfast is also very good too. I really recommend it.

Beautiful small compound with adequate parking and security. The Building and grounds were very clean and wonderlfully landscape with gorgeous tropical foliage. The buildings and rooms were decorated with bamboo, and handcarved furniture with wood reclaimed from their own property. The property is owned and managed by lovely Dominican and Italian couple, with great smiles and caring for their guests. They have available a very reasonably priced optional breakfast with the best tropical fruits and vegetables to start your day just right. It is conveniently within 20 minutes to the El Limon Waterfalls, and 25 minutes to the Las Terrenas Bahia Samana worldwide known for the visit of the Atlantic Humpback whales during the Winter months
