A lovely clean, modern, comfortable place to stay..very friendly owners and good amenities in the rooms including free wi-fi, tea, coffee and biscuits and some freebies in the mini bar. Breakfast was better than good and cooked to order. All in all a great place to stay especially if you are visiting the NEC for a show or exhibition.

The room was quite acceptable although pricey. The main reason I did not give a better rating was all about the payment. Despite making a phone call days prior to our stay requesting the payment was not to be taken before our arrival (we were assured it would not be) we arrived to be told it was taken from my...

Cute B&B on a quiet housing estate. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Not far from the NEC. Breakfast was good, even had dippy eggs! :) Couple who run the B&B are really nice and friendly and leave lovely home-made biscuits in the rooms! If i was going to the NEC again, would stay here again over a large...

Welcomed by proprietor who even arranged a taxi share with other guests going to the same venue. Very very nice family who made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Room spot on lovely fresh looking dining room with linen tablecloths and napkins. Breakfast really good too. Service impeccable. Will revisit

The surroundings were clean and modern and very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The owners were careful to cater to my particular travel needs.I received a personalised service which could not be faulted. They made me feel like family I would say, in a short time, which is ,simply, a recommendation in itself!

Considering I paid £99 per night for just me I expected a far better place. My room was I presume was their living room downstairs next to kitchen which was noisy and had 2 smashed windows next to bed. No bacon for breakfast. They had a magnificent brochure to promote their place but it did not reflect what the place...

We booked this B&B as we wanted to be close to the LG Arena for a concert there. The traffic was terrible on the M40/M42 - it was Friday though - but we were greeted by the lady owner very nicely and she got straight onto getting us a taxi to the LG Arena with minimum fuss and showed us...

Stayed at Arden House overnight when going to a concert at the LG. This b&b is a modern house in a residential area which has been converted into this excellent b&B. We had a little trouble finding it as the satnav led us to the street alongside and we weren't expecting such a modern residential estate to house a b&b....

I staid in this lovely familly owned hotel for 2 nights during a business trip I had in Birmingham. The location is very good, close to the airport but no airplane noise at all. The service and people who own the place are charming, such excellent service and welcoming I haven't seen in many places and I travel a lot....
