This place is fine is you know you way around Tulum and have you own transportation. It is not located on the main area where all the hotels and restaurants are, but if you have a car you can get anywhere in 10 mins. The room was huge and super super close to the ocean, maybe 30 ft. The room... More

We stayed here before the Cancun Jazz Festival as a cheaper alternative. The disadvantage was how far out this was. But there were plenty of advantages. Clean room with tv, free breakfast and a nice restaurant on the premises made this a worthwhile stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nice small beach front. Great location for divers!

We spent 4 days in Cancun and 4 days at Blue Sky. I wish we would've spend the entire 8 days at Blue Sky Tulum. The entire staff was fantastic. Efrain the manager was amazing! Our 7 year old sprained his toe while playing and he personally drove us to town to see a doctor to make sure there was... More

Just returned from 10 nights at this hotel. Can't say enough about the staff. Eric you're the best bartender and I'm gonna miss your drinks :(. Luis and Efrain you guys were both awesome and great hosts. The food is always outstanding. Pizza is just the best! We love this hotel and it's quiet atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again.... More

What a disappointment this place was!! In one word - embarrassing. We stayed there for 3 nights 21-24 of May. The beach is a little disappointing and neglected and the restaurant at best it ok, not much more, not much less. But so far we were happy - the view was great and it was quiet. And then - on... The hotel is ok but not worth the high price. We chose it because it was on the beach and had air conditioning , in hensight we would have done a different hotel without air-conditioning, but on a better beach, better price and nicer setting. The front desk isn't open 24 hours, so when the power went out at 6am... More

Nice private rooms. Small restaurant and bar with OK food and drink. The jungle view room does not have a safe for valuables or money which we found out the hard way. Beach is not as nice as the ones you will find in Tulum and it is a good distance from town. You'll need a car or have to... More

We visited this place over Christmas break. It was booked up for new years' else we would have continued staying there. Off the two places we stayed during this break, Blue sky was the best. Mainly because it gave us everything under one roof. With a 3-yr old, it works to be in a place where you can enjoy all... More

The hotel was built in 2009 and renovated in 2013. It has 9 rooms and 8 are ocean front rooms, which are very clean and in excellent condition. A beautiful big balcony with a hamock can make your afternoon very relaxing. A safe is located in the room. All of their staff are fluent in English. Free, fast wifi in... More

Stayed for two days at this hotel and also used the restaurant. First floor room was clean, smart, modern and had plenty of light. Best part is the large balcony with views of the ocean. Disagree with previous comment that beach is rocky, I had no such problems. Anyway, just jump on a kayak and get out to the coral... More
