I must admit to my perfectionist Virgo nature who find faults in everything and is neat picking which carries a special burden when traveling . Jashita is simply amazingly luxurious in every way. The staff, the restaurant, the rooms, the sheets puts Four Seasons to shame. Thank you Fernanda for the amazing sea life experience, Francisco for the food service and hospitality, Gely Aguilar and Laura for the exceptional reservation experience. We can’t wait to come back every year. Interior decor is exceptionally inspiring, well done Marchiorello‘s.

Had a wonderful stay at Jashita. Celebrated our (belated) 60th BDay. Only 30 suites, so very private and beautiful, and staff very attentive. The private beach is protected by a reef which made snorkeling and paddle boarding easy. We ate dinner at Pandano 3 times. Although dishes were great and restaurant staff customer-focused, wish there were more restaurants at walking distance from Jashita. At any rate, the Mexican dishes were quite good. The only negative was the grilled octopus which was quite rubbery. Breakfast dishes were excellent. But what made our stay in Tulum outstanding was hooking up with Carolina (activities guide). She is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable. Carolina took us to Tulum Ruins and Cenotes Dos Ojos (fun snorkeling inside a bat cave) one day and to Coba Ruins and Punta Laguna Nature Reserve the next. Loved seeing the spider and howler monkeys in the jungle. Had to zip line and canoe across the lagoon (crocodiles, I was told, have been sighted?), and then rappel into a cenote. Carolina even found a place for us to enjoy Cochinita pibil...my husband was craving for this Yucatan dish. Thanks again everyone (especially Carolina) for making our trip memorable and enjoyable!!!

We had an amazing stay at Jashita Tulum right after Hurricane Grace hit the Yucatán Peninsula. The staff texted us the day after the hurricane and reassured us that they were up and running. We were so happy and enjoyed Pandano the restaurant as well as the courteous staff. Of note, the snorkeling in front of the hotel is phenomenal as is the staff - Fernanda, Carolina and Eddy who took us on their boat at least 5 times. Amazing! Can’t wait to return next year.

We’ve visited Tulum a few times and this was by far our favorite hotel. The hotel is very private and quiet and was just what we were looking for. The owners (who are amazing and very friendly) have put a lot of effort into the details of the room including the linen Italian sheets which were so comfy to sleep on, little touches such as Ferraro roche’s on the pillows and high end Molton Brown toiletries. The pool area is beautiful and was so peaceful to just relax all day, steps from the private beach. Lastly, the on-site restaurant was delicious and the staff were just amazing. The hotel is a short drive to Tulum center, so you really get the best of both worlds staying here! Personally I’ve found the main strip of Tulum has changed over the years and is too commercial and hectic. Hotel Jashita is the perfect place for a quiet, luxury stay just outside Tulum.

Jashita hotel is one of the most beautiful places we have been to. Private beach with cristal clear water, amazing view from rooms and all installations, highly clean place, enormously dedicated personell, great spa services, three beautiful pools with two infinity pools, wonderful snorkling, free canooing and many other options very close to the hotel, one of the best restaurants ever - really an unforgettable vacation, we will definitely try to be back as soon as possible. Thank you very much to all Jashita employees for making our stay with you so incredible.
