I really don't know how I found Jashita Hotel, but let me tell you, I am eternally grateful that I did. Part of me does not want to write this gleaming review because this hidden gem will become more popular - you know, keep the slice to yourself. :) But I'm going to do it anyway because this place is truly incredible. If you're worried about getting your Louboutin's dirty, you should keep searching for another hotel, but if you like casual luxury, then this is your spot. The only hotel on Soliman Bay means no crowds. Less than 20 rooms means the people you meet will become fast friends. The restaurant on-site creates amazing food, but even better yet are the friendly folks that work there. All of the things combined equaled 13 days of pure bliss. So much so that we didn't even want to leave the property. Cenote? Eh, it will be there next time we come. Honestly, my trip to Jashita will be one to beat for future travel destinations. My one last recommendation here: don't wait until the last day to check out the rooftop pool. It's very special! Do it right away.

What a restful retreat! After a year of distancing, masking, moaning, and groaning - our stay at Jashita was exactly what the doctor ordered. Our stay was perfect! The room was beautiful, the view was amazing, the beach was private, and the bar was perfectly situated between the pool and sea. The restaurant was also great! We didn't leave the resort during our 5 night stay - Pandano had amazing offerings every night and we didn't get bored of the food at all. The owner was present and incredibly hospitable. Last, but not least - the spa services were perfect! We will absolutely return when we're ready for another relaxing retreat!

Where do I even begin? This place is as wonderful as all the reviews says it is. The rooms are amazing, the restaurant, the pool(s), beach, and service. I think that about covers everything. Jashita was literally the only beach in the Tulum region that did not have any seaweed littering their beach. Why? Because they had 5 - 7 people daily cleaning it. Impeccable service and attention to customer satisfaction. On a side note, the day I was supposed to leave and head back home, I had a health scare (unrelated to anything with them or Mexico). Jashita supported me the entire time I was in the hospital til the moment I was able to fly back home. I honestly cannot say anything negative about this hotel. I highly, highly, highly recommend it.

Jashita was a secluded gem just before tulum main center. We wanted a place to relax and this was exactly it. No noice just peace and quiet. Everything was superb and met our expectations to the room (Aphrodite suite) to staff, drinks and food

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The service was unbelievable - so attentive, but never overbearing. The entire staff was kind and lovely. It feels as if each and every employee truly cares about giving you a luxury experience. They are also highly skilled at high end service. At times it was quite busy, but there was never a single lapse or a wait. I also always felt safe, not only as a woman traveling alone, but from Covid. The staff wore masks constantly. I never even noticed a single mask slip under a nose. The hotel is on a bay, and for whatever reason, the amount of kelp and seaweed is far less than any other hotel we visited. The waters were unbelievably clear, warm and bright turquoise. Just magical. I went solo to write, read and relax, and the intimate size of the place made it easy to make friends, but it was big enough to just as easily spend the day doing my own thing. Worth noting - this is not a party hotel. Its serene and secluded, but if you're looking for the parties of Tulum Beach, that is a good 15-20 mins away by taxi (which the hotel can arrange). The restaurant prioritizes hotel guests, but others would come to take in the perfect location and eat the fantastic food. Clemente, the manager, makes everyone feel welcome. The rooms were gorgeous, large, and bright. The pools (there are 3) had amazing views. What else can I say? It was perfect! If you are even considering it - just book your stay. And while you're at it, book your next stay too because you'll be back. I know I will be. Thank you, Jashita and everyone who works there!
