Jashita Hotel Tulum is frequently celebrated for its immaculate cleanliness, with guests often noting the pristine condition of the beaches, pools, and grounds. The hotel's exceptional service, including the attentive staff and the Adventure Shack's activities, earns high marks from travelers. While its tranquil, picturesque location is lauded, it may be less convenient for some. The hotel's amenities, including the Adventure Shack and elegant dining options, coupled with the serene atmosphere and adult-only areas, impress guests. Though the prices, particularly for drinks, are noted as steep, many find the overall experience to be worth the expense. The luxurious and spacious rooms are consistently praised for their comfort and relaxing ambiance.

We had a great 4 night stay here. Very beautiful and relaxing place. It's a bit far to leave the resort to go places but the front desk staff were all super helpful, especially Cristina! All the staff were super nice and the breakfast is AMAZING! We will miss the breakfast the most out of all the food we had. There is a reef right out front that you can snorkel and take out their kayaks.

Amazing experience all around! Jashita is located on Solomon Bay, a quiet, private BEAUTIFUL property. Good for people who want to relax! No loud/party Tulum vibes here. The pools/beach are stunning, perfectly maintained, and the staff are attentive but give you space. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, I loved starting with the fresh fruit plate every morning. I wondered if the food would be good as I live in Toronto and feel spoiled by amazing meals everywhere I go - can confirm the food here is amazing. Just be prepared to spend $ on lunch/dinner/drinks. One cocktail is ~ 25 CAD (again, not really the place to party and drink a lot!). The rooms are comfortable, BIG, and clean. Staff are polite, and kind. Rubi, Cristina, and Leyver at the front concierge are lovely and very helpful. I asked to reserve the Shala each morning to do my own yoga practice and they kindly set it up. Thank you Jashita for a beautiful 5⭐️ stay!

Wonderful. We loved our stay this January, such a relaxing chilled place with first class service and facilities. What’s not to love about a perfect beach location, Bali inspired features, large comfortable rooms with excellent aircon, friendly staff, a beautiful pool area and lots of other amenities. Safe too - guards at a point on the road meaning car and hotel well protected. Not that we had any worries while there the whole area felt very safe. We drove there from Cancun airport, an easy 50 min drive. To be honest Tulum itself felt a bit basic - but this hotel was excellent and the jewel in the crown was the Pandano restaurant. Superb hosting and food - we ate there most of the stay including every night - having been into town we thought the local restaurant scene pretty simple compared to the delights of the steak, pasta and Mexican food offered by Pandano. And a shout out to Pandano’s owner the entertaining Clementine. A great and generous host. I see some reviews mention this isn’t too near town - it’s 15 mins, frankly that’s ideal.

Wonderful hotel and fabulous food every day. Restaurant owner Clemente is a charming, warm and brilliant host. The front desk staff, especially Rubi, Leyver and Christina, were so helpful and friendly. Comfortable rooms, great service and a magical beach to enjoy. Had two wonderful massages at the spa with Angie and Ofelia. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful place and fantastic facilities. Very well maintained and with a very friendly staff. The place is away from the messy Tulum and this is a place where you can find tranquility and peace. Perfect for solo travelers and couples. The improvements that i would mention are: -less imported food and beverages -daily yoga classes in regular basis to motivate guests into a healthy lifestyle

First of all, this is the best resort I've ever stayed at. Practically everyone knew our names and anything we needed we got. Ruby, the front desk/concierge is one of the best in the business. She helped us book some of the most amazing excursions. We had a blast every single day. The food and drinks are amazing. Our room was spectacular and we had stunning views of the ocean and jungle. The wi-fi was great being in the middle of a jungle, and it is a very secluded part of Tulum. You can kayak and paddleboard for free which was super nice. The beach is clean and quiet, multiple times we had the whole beach to ourselves. The Adventure Shack was great and we did the snorkeling excursion and the three cenotes. Our guide was amazing. The free breakfast was a super nice touch. We came for an anniversary and they had rose petals on the bed with a wonderful note with chocolates. The only thing is the resort is a bit of a hike to Centro or the Hotel Zone. Just have the concierge book you transport there and they will make sure you are taken care of. Overall it is so beautiful, so clean, and just simply stunning. If you can stay at Jashita, I still am dreaming about going back.

Had the most amazing adventure with Byron going to different cenotes in Tulum! Byron was fun and knowledgeable, and took us to so many beautiful sights! He also gave us plenty of time to enjoy the waters. I definitely recommend this adventure!

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday and had a fantastic time. Just outside of Tulum and located on a tranquil bay, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service was perfection. Starting with a warm greeting from Rubi at the front desk, to the friendly staff at the restaurant. Even the restaurant owner stopped by to say hello. I loved that you could communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp for questions and room service. We really enjoyed the complimentary water sports - kayaking, SUP and snorkeling. Between the beach and multiple pools, there were so many places to enjoy the property and also have privacy. We rented a car. There is a long and very bumpy road that leads to the hotel, so I recommend getting a car that can handle it if you intend to explore Tulum. We did the ruins, went to central Tulum and tried a few restaurants. All a ~15 min drive from the hotel. Overall, a really great stay and memorable vacation.

We had an amazing time at Jashita for the second half of our honeymoon in Mexico. Incredible setting in the jungle with beautiful views out to sea. We particularly loved visiting in low season as there were barely any other guests and we had the pool and bay to ourselves at different points! Perfect for what we were looking for - a quiet, relaxing, romantic vibe but not the place if you want to party. The restaurant Pandano was wonderful. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and juices at breakfast and loved the Mexican choices too. The pasta and other Mexican specialities for dinner were delicious. The service was amazing. Rubi and Brenda at the front desk as well as the waiters in the restaurant really made the trip for us. They were very kind and accommodating and always quick to answer our requests on the hotel WhatsApp. Overall, it was on the pricey side for us (particularly drinks) but we we benefitted from the low season deal and we were prepared to go a little more expensive as it was our honeymoon.

My partner and I had a great time at Jashita: we loved the boutique hotel vibe, away from the large complexes of Tulum's Zona Hotelera. Because of the small number of rooms, or the adults-only pool, it is perfect for people who want to spend relaxing days. Another highlight is the kitchen: the chef offers a mix of extremely-well executed Mexican and Italian specialties, with fresh produce (the fish is to die for).
