We rented both the Casa Grande and Casita for a week over Christmas. We were 8 adults and 2 kids. It was an incredible vacation. Being on right on the beach was fantastic for everyone, but especially for the kids who need a lot of gear and it was nice not to have to pack up and head out to...

Our stay at Tropical Evergreens was amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by the caretakers and they were super helpful. Tropical Evergreens is very private, clean and safe. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Soliman Bay. I lost track of how many hours I sat in our private beach chairs and listened to the waves....

We rented both houses at Tropical Evergreens for a two-family vacation. It was a perfect beach house experience. The casitas were lovely, well-maintained, and full of wonderful little touches. The beach in the backyard was gorgeous. There were kayaks for our teenagers, sand toys for the little ones, and shaded hammocks for the parents! Everything was quiet and very peaceful....

Our family of four spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Grande. House is beautiful, beach and snorkeling amazing. Property is very well maintained, housekeepers did very good job keeping it clean and nice. Nice, warm water is 10 feet from your door! Our 2yo and 6yo did not want to leave, and we had to promise them to get back...

With out a doubt Tropical Evergreens is one of the most exquisite beach homes on the Mayan Riviera. It is in a quiet, peaceful bay, hidden away from crowded vacation areas, yet just minutes from Tulum. Fabulous restaurants are nearby and activites abound. Tropical Evergreens is truly 'Paradise on the Caribbean'.

The bay was amazing, it truly was perfect. After landing in Cancun and seeing all the concrete blocks and hundreds of people scuttling around overcrowded 'private' hotel beaches, when we arrived at Soliman Bay I couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful it felt. The casa was like a dream, really nice. But with an amazing beach literally on the doorstep,...

From the moment we arrived our stay at Tropical Evergreens exceeded expectations in every way. The house is both beautifully furnished as well as very comfortable and homely. We had planned to eat out for most of our meals and were amazed to find the fridge stocked with food and beer. The following day, the wonderful housekeepers offered to go...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Far away from the hustle of every day life is a peaceful retreat located on Soliman Bay between Akumal and Tulum. With white sand, blue green water, and palm trees you are as far from the maddening crowd as you can get. This vacation spot has it all. Cozy hammocks great for catching up on your reading, fabulous water adventures just outside your door, (snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, you name it) or delve into a past that is thousands of years old, with the local Mayan ruins. Completed in December, 2000, Tropical Evergreens' casa grande and casita are decorated with exquisite local art and pottery. The native plants offer privacy from the neighbors as well as great cover for birds. There is nothing like waking up in the morning amidst the lush greenery of the jungle, with the quiet murmur of the ocean in the background. ... more   less
