Although the deluxe cabin that we rented for the four adults and two small kids was a perfect size for our group, the beds were horrid. All four adults had aching backs or necks both mornings. They also had the nerve on top of the pricey rates for their "deluxe" cabin to want another $100 to use the BBQ out... More

On Valentine’s Day we celebrated our wedding with 65 guests at Manning Park. We had our ceremony at lightning lakes and our reception at Windy Joe’s Hall. Manning is the perfect place for a rustic outdoor wedding while still having the cozy comforts expected. Leanna and her wedding planning crew were nothing short of great throughout the whole process. They... More

We have been staying at the duplex cabins beside the main Lodge Resort for a large event with our BC home school group. We loved the cabin feeeling and to our surprise the interior was clean and quite roomy, kids loved to run around, kitchen had everything we needed, there were 2 solid bunk beds in each room and 2... We have been to Manning Park many times and is the jumping-off point of almost all of our road trips through the BC interior and beyond. We enjoy the surroundings and the many hiking trails to be had so close to the lodge. At the time of writing this review, it looks like management is upgrading the restaurant and conference... More

Arrived at 2 PM, a room was ready but on checking it was next to the pop machine and noise from the machine was audible in the room. Secondly, likely the least desirable room as the window view was a side of the building eave 6 feet away. On request we were moved to a different room. Regular rooms are... More

Wow - wedding was by the lake 5 miles away and reception was in a tent with sides that opened near the lodge. They had a dance floor under the stars. There was a building beside the tent with a kitchen /bathrooms and a large room for the buffet. Food was incredible. We had a room in lodge it had... More

Great location but felt the resort needed some updating and TLC...the carpet in our room had quite a few stains on and the hot tub needed a good scrub! ( dirty rim marks on the inside). Overall felt like we were in an 80's time warp! Staff friendly enough though.

Wanted an adventure nearby Vancouver. Manning Park answered that call. Not being campers, we opted for the Manning Park Resort. It is a real mountain experience. The wifi is spotty and there is no cell service. Don't let "resort" fool you. It is a rustic but comfortable place. We booked a "mini-suite". It was a very large room with 2... More

Having stopped here a few times in the past making our way to the Interior, we decided to take some time and stay the night and was it well worth it. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with the rustic feeling you expect from a mountainside retreat. We stayed in the lodge that offered comfortable surroundings with... More

Well located for trails and the ski resort in winter. On site are hotel rooms as well as log cabins for larger group parties. I can imagine in the high season both winter and summer it will get busy but we were ere late spring and it was very peaceful and quiet. There are many trails and lakes in the... More
