We had a fabulous stay at The Arrow. The rooms are stunning, with wonderful views. I preferred staying in Arrowtown to Queenstown it is closer to all the skiing fields and the Restuarants are fabulous. The villiage is so quaint. I look forward to my next stay!

Gorgeous room looking over a river and yummy breakfast! A short stroll to town through a gorgeous chinese mining village. Tim gave amazing service and text us a restaurant recommendation which was delicious! His mother is lovely too. Would definitely stay here gain.

My wife and I were very much looking forward to our return visit to A-town and staying somewhere nice to just wind down after a hectic first half of 2016. Well, this hotel ticked all the boxes we needed to just relax and chill. From the heated floors (bathroom) and large bath to the amazing views of the late autumn... More

From the minute I booked I knew we were in for a treat - Tim was professional, friendly and very accommodating when I was inquiring via email & phone. We booked in the beautifully designed ToiToi luxury apartment and my brother in law & wife were in the beautiful Hebe suite - we arrived to warm beautiful rooms and received... More

We had a short but wonderful stay at the Arrow Hotel. Tim was really friendly and helpful, recommending and booking for us dinner in the evening and making sure we were well accommodated with everything we needed for a stay with our 2 year old. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with everything you could need and are perfectly located... More

One of the best parts about running and operating a boutique hotel is having the same guests come back to stay!! So thanks for being one of them and for your feedback!! It has been a pleasure to meet you and your family. You have two amazing 'young adults' and it fabulous to see you travelling together. It is a... More

We spend one night here and were heartily welcomed at arrival. At six that evening the helpful and friendly owner Tim, treated us with free drinks and snacks and told us where to go for a lovely dinner in Arrowtown. Its only a few minutes easy and a pleasant walk away from the hotel. The accommodation was extraordinary, very luxurious... More

Thank you for you generous and descriptive feedback. There are some spectacular colour displays from the suites at present. The autumn leaves display such a wonderful range of colour as winter approaches. We would truly love to have you come and stay again in the future!! More

This modern, new, upmarket hotel will not fail to delight. From the expansive windows out to the lovely view of changing colour, to the soak in the tub whilst watching tv and of course the hidden cupboard and it's satisfying breakfast you will feel right at home at the Arrow Private Hotel. Tim and Paulette were very hospitable hosts.

I spent 3 nights in the Arrowtown House prior to meeting my wife and spending 3 nights here. Very different properties and experiences - but both very nice in their own way. If modern styling is your thing - this place will give you that along with and quiet location only a short walk from town. A nice full sized... More
