After a long journey to get there. The hotel seems old and worn and hate to say not very clean. Our room was on the ground floor, it smelt damp and was not the cleanest room we have stayed in it just seemed 'tired' The evening Buffett was ok as was the breakfast. I have to stay the staff were...

Wet, wet, wet - despite fan and aircon wet ceiling and condensating water-wet wall behind beds - whereas our window was completely dry, in contrary to the neighboured rooms which had kept the humidity outside. This wasn't because of normal humidity at this time of the year - cellar smell, bed and sheets wet!

When we booked our stay 6 months earlier, I thought I'd got lucky with the price. However, when we arrived, it became clear that they really couldn't charge any more as this hotel needs a lot of work. We waited an hour past check in to access our room - we were given 2 drink vouchers to compensate us. It...

Staff friendly. Hotel so run down. Garden over grown. Pool area Also very run down. This could be a beautiful hotel if the owners put some TLC into it. Room was in need of a upgrade. There are not many hotels around so not much choice.

The iconic shape of this hotel makes it a quirky place to stay. The restaurant there delivers good food & service, very reasonably priced. The rooms however are showing their age. Our bathroom was dated with the bath needing replacement or re-enamelling, towels were threadbare and fraying around edges. Fix these things up and it would easily get a higher...

My first experience was walking into a beautiful marble foyer - not expected in the outback. Then as I approached the front desk I was greeted with the most amazing smile from Cindy at reception. My vibe after the long drive which I found exciting as I had never travelled outback was raised to a new level. I have stayed...

Certain staff are the highlights - Alan the assistant manager and Jasmine (I think) who was in charge of the restaurant. The local art and gallery were excellent. The restaurant food was good but pricey. It could do with competition though. The rooms were tired and not entirely clean. Functional enough but I resent additional charges for WiFi. The disappointments...

The hotel is laid out to resemble a crocodile (viewed from the air). You enter at the mouth's end, the dining room is in the 'belly', the staircases are in the legs and the rooms in the tail. Yes, the facilities are old, but the rooms are clean. We were here to visit the park, not a resort experience. The...

I stay quite a bit for work and always have a decent time. Rooms are big and clean and the pool is nice. The restaurant does good meals and the staff are good. Unfortunately the locals make a bit of drunken noise outside the hotel in the evenings but there's not much the hotel can do. They always acknowledge my...

Well located. Very convenient, spacious. The crocodile design is indeed very "kitsch" but it makes it ! That's unique ! The rooms are a bit outdated but who cares... you go to kakadu for the landscapes. The restaurant is very good, simple food but quality. Staff is nice. There is a nice corner shop showcasing jobs from aborigeneses artists. Great...
