Stunning affordable luxury. Fellworth House is an absolute gem and so close to the CBD only $6.00 in a taxi or a lovely walk. Such incredible history being one of a very special list of only 100 historical properties in N.Z.

Gorgeous house, super comfortable, and clean. Great value. Great location. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and always clean and not crowded. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Anytime I'm in Nelson now, I know where I'll be going.

I stayed here on short notice and it was a delight. In fact when I needed a place for another unplanned night in Nelson, I went back. It is very comfortable and great for solo travelers. And the property is beautiful.

Strongly recommended. Unique opportunity to stay at a quiet but historic property. Full use of the kitchen. Shared bathrooms, but this was never a problem. Fantastic views over Nelson from the living rooms and veranda.
