I had the good fortune to stay at the Mount Havana Villa and it was honestly the best lodging experience in my 12 day journey around Sri Lanka! Beginning with the warm welcome from Chanaka upon arrival, every minute of my time on the property was curated to my specific desires. From the sunset hike around the organic farm to a delicious dinner served outside, I was instantly comfortable and relaxed. A beautifully serene night's sleep was followed by a sunrise swim overlooking the mountains, delicious fresh fruit and juice from the property, and a memorable Sri Lankan breakfast of dal and eggplant curry along with homemade roti. I only wish I had more time to spend. Highly recommended!

This Villa is located in beautiful hillside in a 35 acres of land…therefore getting the maximum privacy you can ask for. This luxury boutique villa offers a beautiful view of the hills and a poolside which will always be super cold. Rooms and the rest of the area are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Keep in mind if you are booking the entire villa they have two quadruple rooms and two suite type double rooms, so dividing the rooms among friends can get tricky. Best thing about this place will always be the food. They put on quite the display for every meal and it’s absolutely gorgeous and very tasty. We also had a 1 1/2year old kid with us and they prepared special meals just for her.
Suranga, Samantha and Raghu were excellent. Thank you for having us on 23-24-25th of September. It was a super relaxing experience for us. Hopefully we’ll plan another vacation to Mount Havana again!

Beautiful luxury villa amidst the mountain! We traveled with kids and the staff were super accommodated all our request and even went out of their way to organize my son's birthday party there. Food was great and the rooms were very clean and the staff were excellent. Would highly recommend this place for families or a group of friends looking to travel.

Beautiful Luxury Villa with all the facilities for a calm and quiet holiday in a cool climate. All meals are al carte menu with a choice of European, Chinese, Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine. Rooms are well lit and clean and tidy. Very friendly staff except the Operations Manager who is always negative and only work for $$$. Beautiful infinity swimming pool overlooking the Mountain range with a breathtaking beauty. Mount tracking and various adventurous events can be arranged on request.

Beautiful luxury Boutique Villa, surronded by the blue mountains of the garden hill country cities. Beautifully built villa with a amazing infinity pool and a tastefully desingned flower garden and all the modern ameneties. The villa is silent, romantic and great relaxation. The rooms are very clean and large with five star hotel standards. Natures walk and a dip in the pool are amazing for a deserving traveller. The food selection is amazing and heginic with mouthwatering dishes. The staff are courtieous and very friendly. A good night sleep is guaranteed with a romantic dinner in the night.

Hotel looks very pretty, bedroom was lovely and spacious. Bathroom huge. The food was 5* beautifully presented. The flavours were divine. Starters were chicken tikka kebabs and vegetable spring rolls, we shared. Absolutely stunning, full of wonderful flavours and beautifully presented. The chicken tikka biryani was so gorgeous in taste and the other curry we had, came with 6 other little dishes. It was amazing, be warned, the rice could feed a whole village!! The pool is cool and lovely and a lovely sun terrace. The only reason this wasn’t awarded 5* was it’s a little tired in places, you couldn’t run a bath, the tap was broken, the water pressure was low. Also the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough, we couldn’t get anything.

It is no doubt a lovely hotel, my wife and I spent two nights of our honeymoon at this scenic hotel. However it was all spoilt when one of the staff stole from my wallet.
On the final morning of our stay we took a walk in the garden - at that time we were the only guests in the hotel. There were no one else other than the staff. When I came back to check out and settle the bill, I was missing a USD100 bill and approximately 10,000 rupees.
If someone were to pick pocket me, they would've taken all of it. Some dishonest staff took our money hoping we wouldn't notice.
It was very sad and left a very bad taste in our mouths. It would have been a better stay if not for the thief.

Amazing hotel! Pity we only stayed for a night. Comfortable rooms - very clean. Great breakfast- most of the food is grown in their gardens. Staff were very helpful. You pay for what you get! Definitely recommend.

Sparkling clean/ Caters for all needs. We had a relaxing, rejuvenating and peaceful stay with good quality sleep. Food was delicious, with different cuisines each day. The vegetable garden was a refreshing experience. Manager Suranga and his assistant Vinod had immense amount of energy serving us during our stay. All 6 of us (ladies) enjoyed our stay.
