Insufficient professionalism with customer service and maintenance of the hotel. Defiantly not a 4-star hotel but more like a 2 or a 3-star hotel. Ivan and Anna made poor excuses for their lack of knowledge in customer service and understanding of running a reception desk. The manager assaulted me by pulling very hard on my shoulder to turn me around which left bruising for a few days afterwards. The manager’s behaviour was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and lacking people skills. He was intolerant and contemptuous of most of our conversation. The manager was smoking in a none smoking section of the lobby as seen in the attached photos. Below are some of the problems that we encountered during our stay. - Not allowed to flush toilet paper. - Toilets making loud noises. - Air-conditions not working. - Dirty towels. - Uncleaned bathroom sink. - No extra body wash, just shampoo. - Doors left opened from housekeeping. - Curtains unhooked and looking tacky. - Beds not made. - Hole in bathroom wall where pipes came through. - Broken lamp shades. - Leaking walls after rain (very smelly). - Mould on top of the apple juice (two mornings in a row). - Spa never opened. - No air-conditioning or air flow in the basement games room. - Uncleaned stairs (found a chill on the first day and still on the same step when we left a week later) - Uncleaned lobby door. - Power went out in the room due to a tripped circuit braker.…

I have never stayed at a more disgraceful hotel in my life. Toilets don't work effectively with loud noise as its filling back up again. The water pressure is terrible and water stops coming out after 5 mins of it being on in the showers. We asked for more showers gel to only be told you will get more in the next morning (which never happened) The lights turn off all the time and stay on without the key card. Mould on apple juice and on breakfast food. Stairs are dirt all the time with food on them. Curtains are falling apart. Twice had dirty towels. Housekeeping is not existant. Our bathroom never moped or sinks cleaned. Beds are never made. Light had gone out one night and we asked for a different room because our air-conditioning stopped working on a 37 degrees day and got told "the hotel is full you need to put up with it". We paid to dollar for a 2 star hotel. They day it's 4 to 5 but no way! I think they have paid for this rating. The staff are rude and always say it's not our problem. We asked for the manager to be told they are asleep or out of town. I honestly would be ashamed to be the owner of this hotel.…

We work globally and are fairly used to staying at hotels that range from average to world class. When we travel to some of the smaller cities, are expectations are never disappointed if we keep them low. So when travelling to Paracin (a beautiful place by the way) we had pretty modest expectations. this hotel exceeded all of them. the room is exceptionally large by normal hotel standards and has a great bed and a huge desk. which since we are working, is quite helpful. the resident restaurant is quite good and serves good size portions for the price. the internet is free and has reasonable speeds. so if i were to rate against hte world class hotels, it is a 3.4 to 4. rating it against our expectations for smaller cities, it is a five.

The sky lounge is really cozy and has a great bar and great food with a lot of options on their menu. The menu is really good because it is different from all the other places in this city and it is also really delicious. The sky-lounge is a really great place to go out to especially late at night in the summer. It has a great vibe to it and you can really enjoy the food and the drinks. The hotel is located it the center of the city so everything you need is close by. The service however was not good the few times i visited there, they were really slow and we had to wait for them for a really long time everytime we needed them. It was hard to get their attention and get them to come to our table.

hotel is very nice!!! we visited in 2017 not sure exactly when. The spa and the pool IS AMAZING!!! it’s in the centre of Paraćin and it’s the best hotel there so just don’t bother looking for another place. :)

My son and I came to Paracin for jump with parasol, and wanted "no matter where to eat" after adrenalin expiriance. We did not 'use' it like Hotel or spa, but only for meal, drink and view worth came on Top of the building! I had beautiful wafel and my son take some tasty chicken. Interior is divine

Nice hotel in city center, close to highway, parking available and free. Room was large and comfortable. Internet available. Roof top lounge bar good option for dinner and few drinks. Breakfast was very basic. Expensive room rate for Paracin and mid-Serbia region.

We arrived late without a reservation but we had checked through the internet that there were vacancies. It took us a little to reach the garage of the Hotel because it is right in the center of the city ,roads were small and one way and there is a river you may also cross. The gentleman on arrival in the reception told us that he had only rooms in the executive floor as the Hotel was full, It was quite expensive for a normal Hotel room and for Serbian standards. We eventually accepted it although it was not truth , we did not notice much traffic in the Hotel even the next day. The room was indeed huge with two King beds and all the amenities. A huge room of 40 square meters with a bathroom of only 1 square meter with 2 basins and with shower but little space in the bathroom so not very practical. Anyway the beds were good but it was a hot night and we did not have a very good sleep even with air con on.Breakfast was included in the rate but not a big variety to choose from and also not enough coffee to have. We did not try the Hotel's restaurant for dinner,although the gentleman told us was open upon arrival ,when we asked again when were ready to go he said kitchen just closed. A lady we met in the reception was quite helpful and showed us where in the city we can have a good dinner. No extra charge for Hotel Parking. Overall the Hotel was quite expensive for the room and the service they provided. With other 4 star Hotels we stayed in Nice and Belgrade we were more satisfied.…

I stayed in Paracin Orbit hotel, nice room expensive for a small city but **** hotel, Good location my room 406 perfect, internet connection inexistant in the room, food at the sky bar normal, prices high for such city, same as Belgrade, room rates ok according to standing of the hotel. Workers correct, service correct. Didn't see much for one night, most important for me is the room who is perfect. Breakfast very poor. Clean hotel. I recommend for business trips but not for long stay. Didn't see the spa. Parking available.

Rooms are big, comfortable and good warmed, staff is very kind but this is the only good that can say about the hotel! Areas outside of the room were too cold including corridors, restaurants and SPA. SPA center is already spoilt, water pool is cold!
