The room was clean and owner was nice, bed comfy and the shower was dam amazing,never had pressure in a shower like it , and the info folder in room had lots if good info, but thats about all the good things. All night we could hear the people upstairs walking around, sliding doors being opened and shut and the next room coughing during the night, so when i read all the other comments about the rooms being quiet!! Maybe there was no one else there. We wont be staying there again

From the moment we arrived and we’re met at the reception area this had a good vibe. We were met with a cheerful host who couldn’t do enough for us. The unit was very clean and tidy, well stocked and very comfortable. The bed was great and a quiet place to stay Thank you for a wonderful experience

So nice to walk in and be greeted by the cheerful owner Nic. Our unit was lovely and clean, had everything we needed. Location was good, hotel for dinner nearby and New World just up the road. Carpark was really well lit. Highly recommend this motel.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and adequate for our party of 3 "singles' with an easy walk into town. Two negative factors to note were the very noisy heater in the lounge and the very noisy extractor fan, which automatically came on with the light, in the bathroom.

Booked into the Bella vista for 2 nights. Studio unit. We think it's the first time in a Bella Vista motel company. Being a studio it was quite small but adequate for our needs. We r touring the South Island do staying in a variety of motels

We have stayed at a few Bella Vista motels but this one in Greymouth was the best. It was spacious ,immaculately clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The motel had a good laundry which everything was easy to use. The location was perfect.we highly recommend this motel and it is very well priced. The only thing I would change is....I’d love a dish cloth, but that’s very picky .

Stayed here for one night. quick but comfortable stay. has onsite and off street parking. clean room, helpful receptionist (the owners were away i think on the day we were there). When it comes to Bella Vista, I don't read the reviews before I book cos I know it will be worth it.

We stayed here on our South Island roadtrip. The reception was super friendly and it was a quick check in and key drop off to check out. Close to our dinner spot down the road at Buccleighs on high. We were given a 10% discount card for monteiths which we checked out before dinner - amazing atmosphere.

Our 2 bedroom unit suited us well. Beds were comfortable and bathroom and shower was great. The cook top was very slow to heat and the hot water from the sink tap was not very hot. A better pot scrub could be handy. The owners were helpful when small things were required.

Great place to stay. Lovely service, very clean, comfy bed and fabulous shower. Very quiet too. Highly reccomend staying there when you are visiting Greymouth. Best restaurant just down the road within walking distance.
