Beautiful location and spacious campground. The amenities were clean and updated, very comfortable. We came in the pouring rain/heavy winds and stayed in one of the under cover tents which was fantastic (if we had set out tent up exposed to the wind and rain it would not have survived the night). With glow worms, waterfalls and abundant wildlife we...

Such a great introduction to NZ. Amenities were first class (unfortunately haven't had anything as good since then) and the owners seemed absolutely lovely. Glow worms after dark as well! Thanks for having us :)

Of all the campsites we visited in our 3 week exploration of New Zealand, this was the most luxurious, with a very welcoming host, blissful mountain and Rainforest views. The highlights are the glow worm dells and the Waterfall through real Rainforest! The bathrooms had glass front doors rather than a shabby shower curtain and there were nets over all...

Please do not stay here! All I did was walk in on foot, and got told to 'go away' (in ruder language) by the owner, despite offering to pay some money for entry. It's unacceptable to treat anyone in this way. Disappointed, as all Kiwis I have met so far have been friendly and accommodating.

You we're caught entering the Park @ 7am without genuine reason to be on the property. You we're caught wandering around unannounced on private property. You we're asked if you wanted to stay the night which you declined therefore you we're asked to leave. One of the services provided by all Holiday Parks is security for their paying guests which...

If you seek clean and new fascility this is the place. Beside this the woman who runs the place will do anything in order to make you uncomfortable. When i asked her to warm the lounge in the middle of two days storm she said winter was over and only if i wanted to climb the roof and fix the...

Jacksons is fantastic; amazing scenery, easy to navigate sites, and the facilities are absolutely first class....sparkling clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend Jacksons, we loved it. Toni, the host was very helpful, recommending some local walks and things to see. A short walk from our site was a stunning waterfall and glow worms.

Immediately upon driving into the property, you can tell the whole place is very well maintained and once meeting the owners, we knew why. They were very passionate about their facility and helpful with local information particularly about Arthur's Pass National Park. Toilet and shower facilities were absolutely insane (better than I have at home haha) Simply incredible.

Spent a night here in the campervan. Beautiful setting in the bush. Lovely clean, tidy facilities. Wonderfully friendly and helpful owner. Amazing night bush walk to the waterfall where the surrounding bush was so full of glow-worms it was like the bush was full of stars. Definitely recommend.
