Turn back the clock and relax at this charming Guest house in central Margaret River! Checked in at around noon,a bit earlier, and was welcomed by a Gentleman at front desk with utmost curtesy and most helpful advise! Said Gentleman booked me on a 1/2 Winery-Tour ( by McLeod Tours.com, can only highly recommend!!) and had me seated in the TourBus...

Bridgefield is an old coaching stop that's now a lovely overnight stop. We stayed in the Merlot and whilst the likes of the major chains have more to offer there is a certain quirkiness about the Bridgefield that beats them all. The bedroom is almost filled by the bed, but there is a small covered outdoor area off and the...

Last minute booking on booking.com and check in with Sally couldn't have been any more welcoming! Sitting here in the Merlot room private sitting room with an open fire is perfect. Kitchenette is missing a few things...eg plates to eat off. Wine glasses were a bit hit and miss so for $16 at the supermarket we purchased 4. Would those...

Stayed in the Champagne Room for 2 nights. Large Queen bed and a roomy bathroom with a spa bath. Check-in is now across the road which is not inconvenient. Be aware that this room is on the second floor and the timber stairs are not well lit. There is a lounge on the ground floor but this is for the...

Bridgefield Guest House is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the many shops, cafes, bakeries, pubs, etc. It has old style charm and is very quaint. If you are looking for modern day accommodation with all the mod cons then this will not suit you. We stayed in a room that also had a courtyard, day room, bathroom and...

So close to town, just a short stroll to town, but close to the river and bush walks as well. It was the end of 5 years of living in Margaret river for me and I love the look and feel of the guest house. My room had a crawl foot bath which I enjoyed a very comfortable bed and...

Have been coming here for years and always enjoy staying at this gem. Located right in town by the river with La Scarpetta Italian restaurant at the front. There's bike hire and a great cafe next door which serves the best coffee in town along with cakes and toasted wraps etc.

Room was very cosy and all the buildings looked amazing! The walk into town is short despite being mostly uphill. The bed was warm and the restaurant had great food. If you're looking for a moderately priced but beautiful looking place to stay, this is what you'll want.

An old coach-house/stop-over from the 19th century. Part of a group of buildings managed from a single reception area, so if you can, stay in the original Bridgefield building. There's only 4 rooms available, they're compact, airconditioned (but air-con of varying quality), with private facilities, and there's a large comfortable shared lounge with a great fire for winter nights. .Service...
