Lovely accommodation, although our room was smaller than expected. Gardens are fabulous. Great a la carte breakfast. Amanda provided a warm welcome, orientation to the property and useful information about local walks.

We have enjoyed everything Accor for years,..... it has been an amazing experience and so worth the investment. The "icing on the cake" has to be the wonderful hospitality and service at Basildean Manor. Danni and her team go out of their way to make everything so special, nothing is too much trouble. On arrival, we were greeted by the lovely Amanda and checked into our COVID safe room, which was clean & beautifully presented, we were immediately relaxed and in celebration mode. At breakfast the next morning my plant-based food requirements were accommodated for with enthusiasm and professionalism by the lovely cook. The food is fresh and delicious. The evenings in the amazing gardens were made so enjoyable by the picnic baskets provided & the well-maintained BBQ areas. We have enjoyed every moment of our stay thanks to the wonderful staff, including Ian and Sophie who were just fabulous, we will return very soon. Thank you, Danni and your lovely team for making our anniversary sooo special.

We are having a well break at a place that has become our “Go to” place for a refreshing time in a truly first class resort. The studio room is spacious and luxurious and includes everything that you would expect from an Accor Vacation Club property. Everything is well maintained and clean and protection is Covidsafe. The surrounding gardens are meticulously looked after and are a pleasant to stroll around. The resort is just 2km from the Main Street and is an easy walk that almost anyone could manage. All of the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. We are repeat offenders and have had numerous stays at this property and will continue to enjoy coming here for years to come.

This was our third or fourth stay at Basildene Manor and everything has been as superb as always! Our timing was ideal, everything in the garden was in full bloom at looked even more stunning than ever. I don’t believe I will ever tire of overlooking that garden while enjoying an outstanding breakfast. Great staff, great room - keep up the good work guys, thanks.
