We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location. Breakfasts were great - a highlight was the fresh duck egg that was laid almost outside our bedroom window! The rooms are purpose-built, and nicely appointed, and there is a spacious and well-equipped guest lounge, as well as a large al fresco area outside to relax...

Unfortunately only had one night to stay at the Margaret River B&B, but it was wonderful. It was a terrific part of Australia to visit. We had the pleasure of talking a bit with Dirk who gave us some great suggestions of things to see and places to go. Highly recommended!

We just stayed at the B&B for two nights to explore Margaret River, as part of our Thanksgiving vacation in Perth and surrounding area. While overwhelming by the beauty and tranquility of this coastal region, Pam and Dirk were very informative in helping us enjoy the beaches, wineries, restaurants, shops... or just to relax in the lovely backyard and bumped...

We stayed 3 Nights at this lovely B&B, nestled in a fantastic bush location, yet only 5K from the township of Margaret River. It is close to all the attractions on offer around the Margaret River area. Luxury accommodation is clean and comfortable. We loved eating our breakfast on the patio area enjoying the bush and bird life. It was...

Fantastic room with lots of amenities, including a spa bath in a very quiet setting but definitely need a car to get around, nowhere within walking distance to eat out. Excellent breakfast including lots of different home made breads and home grown honey. Hosts very helpful with suggestions of places to go and how to get there.

Dear Chapcoinc, Thank you for your lovely review. As you note, you do need a car if you want to see the region properly. It is a short taxi ride to the town or to the beach area where the restaurants are located and we also provide a shuttle service. Many of our guests have a big lunch at one...

The 4 rooms are all secluded and our room had it's own outdoor area.. Not sure if they all do... We did wonder if these areas should be fenced, as we had a lovely view and a lovely bathroom, but anyone could go for a walk and end up outside our windows.. ( not sure they would, but I think...

Dear Dod173, Thank you for leaving your review. Very much appreciated. Each room does have a door that leads to a small patio which has a coffee table and two chairs for you to sit and contemplate the lovely garden and pristine forest. Each patio is private but they aren't fenced so people can wander about the garden and outside...

Stayed here for 6 nights while exploring the Margaret River area. It is situated out in the countryside about 5km west of the town. As a result, drinking in restaurants has to be limited, but Dirk and Pam are very happy for guests to bring drinks in (or indeed bring in food) and enjoy them in the lovely big sitting...
