Stayed one night in a room to myself. Excellent price and very clean and comfortable. Managers go out of their way to provide activities ( e.g. Pizza and movie nights) to get everyone together and enjoying their stay. Tight parking is ok for small cars and good drivers/parkers.

It annoys me to see negative reviews regarding this hostel from people who expect a hotel experience. You are more or less left to your own devices, but if you've been in a hostel before, you know what to expect. It is cleaned daily, and the kitchen even more regularly. The furniture was just replaced when I arrived, and a...

A long time ago I stayed at a very dirty hostel in London and got 6 bedbug bites. At this hostel I got over 100 bedbug bites, on my legs, arms, chest, face and neck. I was told that I would be moved as a pest control company would be spraying the room. Later that day I found my suitcase...

Couldn't see anybody around to check me in when I first got there, so I went out and explored town which was about 5 min walk away. Plenty of parking. I had a dorm all to myself. The dorm was on the downstairs level and the kitchen/ living room area really close by, so I heard a lot of noise....

Be warned this a workers hostel!! It was very noisy, smokey & no one sleeps here - day or night! One worker kept his work cloths on & sat on the furniture & I got grease on my forearm!! Smoking was allowed in the center courtyard & was entering our room so badly that we felt like smoke bombs ourselves!!...

Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Carpets in the dorm need cleaning, stains all over it. Kitchen needed cleaning but it was kept tidy. I only stayed for one night as I was passing through Kalgoorlie and this place was fine for that. Mainly people working locally staying here so didn't seem to be much atmosphere.

Stayed for a week had an amazing time . Facilities , staff and fellow travellers were wonderful. Tracey (the manager) made the experience especially enjoyable . The hostel is within walking distance from all the main town bars, grocery store, service station , information centre and shops.

I've been here three times now - twice in 2013 and once last week. The facility is clean, secure and well maintained, and the manager (Tracy) is friendly and hard-working. Beds are clean and comfortable (moreso than some city ones I've been in!), the kitchen worked well, showers were clean, shops (Coles/Woolworths/Everett Butchers) aren't too far away. I'd happily stay...

I spent here 1 night. Is one of the most cleaned I ever been. In the kitchen there is everything you can need and there are 2 confortable living room. I think (not sure) that most of the people are here for long term, but there are also some "travel trough" 5 star from my point of viewd

Not the newest hostel, but it's kept very clean. Stayed here on a long weekend and the hostel was full however didn't hear any noise whatsoever during the night. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Close to the main street.
