Enjoyed our stay, the owner was very helpful on arrival, orientated to the facilities, and gave us some ideas on fishing and best eating areas, Peaceful and relaxing. Should have had a grocery cupboard and dish rack, as washed dishes had to be placed on the sink, overall, very good stay for the price.

Well we were only passing through for a night and I would have to say this place is just AWESOME!!! The owner, Helen, was absolutely magnificent. You just know when the person who sits on the desk owns the place, because they care. They care that you have a great stay. We were there for only one night and Helen...

Myself and my son spent two nights at Lazy Acre Log Cabins in the Access Cabin. I was extremely impressed with the layout of the cabin (extra wide doorways) and the large easy access bathroom facilities. The cabins are off the main road so it was lovely and quiet and within walking distance to the main street. There is everything...

Not really very exciting. The property seemed quite dated and the cabins have cracks between the logs making them quite cold at night. Layout of the cabins and outside seating areas makes it hard to relax without appearing to intrude on the next door neighbours. Needs a bit of thought.

We really liked the accommodation at Lazy Acre. It's located a gentle stroll from the shops and one street back from the waterfront. Our 2 bedroom cabin was clean and well presented. The kitchen had everything you were likely to need including a full size fridge. There was a washing machine and a clothes line. Would definitely stay here again.
