Insufficient heating in the room. No view from room. For a B & B breakfast you given a few pieces of bread to toast and some cereal to prepare yourself. Room was very noisy. We had the bottom floor room and you could here the people walking and talking above.

My husband and I arrived quite late and were extremely tired. We were met by Lynne and shown to our room. What a wonderful surprise...so beautifully presented. So much history in this room. We enjoyed a very comfortable night's sleep and awoke to a terrific surprise. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. The delicious continental breakfast was eaten on... More

This was the last stop on our holiday and we truely did save the best for last. Lynne is a beautiful lady. Both my wife and I instantly felt welcomed, cared for and valued. Our room was cosy and warm. It felt loved, and we loved having our own spa bath big enough to share. The house is amazing, open... More

Delicious breakfast and friendly service from Lynne & staff. With freeways, it's now an easy 3 1/4 hour drive from Melbourne with interesting side trips to Paynesville and Metung. Located within a short drive from Lakes Entrance. A little difficult to find (signage not good) but parking available next to building. The owners were away and access was provided by a neighbour, who also did the breakfast, which was excellent and one of the best on our trip. Accommodation very quaint with an "arts and crafts" feel to both... More

We had a bit of trouble finding the house, tucked down a steep hill, but fantastic views, so worth it. The landlady very welcoming, showed us through the house to our room, but our entrance after was up a steep walkway, not easy with suitcases, up steps along a balcony which was overgrown. The room had a four poster, which... More

We stayed here over Easter for a weekend getaway and were in the Eastern Beach room. It was very cosy and we loved the traditional decor. We were welcomed by Mary who was a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. Our four poster bed was very comfy and the room was well equipped. I enjoyed a relaxing candlelit bath... More
