Loved the location, the hotel was very clean, good amount of hot water. Good entertaining area, BUT the mattress wasn't so great. Such a simple thing to ensure a hotel gets right, but so often not delivered. Fix the ordinary mattress, lack of comfort, and the hotel would get a four from five for sure.

Slow check in. Stayed in king spa suite overlooking street. Note windows overlooking the street are not tinted so there is a full view into your room especially at night. Room has only black out curtains. Excellent coffee machine supplied in room with good amount of pods. Great large bathrooms. Good location close to shops and cafes. Parking available but...

Highly overpriced - reception staff very lax - room grubby - fridge not only not cleaned but froze our $50 worth on food and drinks - when bought to the attention of the Management both on site and corporate the best they could do to compensate was offer 10% discount on next stay! Don't go there

We stayed at Bellevue for 5 nights in January. We have a toddler and a primary school aged child. Our friends who have children of the same age came with us. We had booked the stay at least 6 months prior via booking.com. We asked for the rooms to be next to each other, my friend needed to pay an...

Highly over priced for what it is. Plus we booked six months in advance, asked for a water view & they told us we had one. When we checked in, we had views of tiles on the roof & the car park. Went & spoke to them, we were told they never guarantee water views. I said we booked six...

Peak time yes but overpriced for what you get. Room 52 looks awful. Badly stained carpet, walls marked and near the window - on corner just above the chair - it looked like blood. White sheets with a few marks that looked like blood droplets. We did call reception to discuss and are still waiting for their return call (!!)....

We recently stayed 2 nights in King Spa room. Fantastic service on check in after confusion with Expedia. The receptionist helped us sort it out and gave us same price, while also taking off extra 10%. The room was amazing, highly recommend getting water room view. Extremely clean and the spa was great. Could watch Tv from it if you...

We stayed at the Bellevue in January for one night in a king bedded room on ground floor overlooking the car park, which was disappointing for the price ($249). However, the rooms are large, bed was comfortable and amenities reasonable. Free wifi is very limited in allowance and extremely slow. Easy to walk to shops.... we had fish and chips...

We were a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. Apart were spacious and nice. More importantly very clean. Beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool is a little on the small side but enough for kids to jump and swim in it. It was very cold though. The gazebo area near the pool has a bbq which was...

I stayed for 5 nights in a self contained apartment together with my 2 children. Apart from the spa not working the rest of the stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't maintained during periods of peak stay so I won't be returning to this establishment.
