It has really nice view and have easy access. Have very nice view. The bed can warm you up when it's cold so you will feel cozy when it's cold outside. Also offers simple breakfast. Really value for money.

Motel may be starting to look dated, but rooms were comfotable and free WiFi was a bonus. Surprisingly little noise from Princess Hwy and not very far out of Lakes Entrance itself. Good ocean views without having to go far.

We only stayed one night and arrived late and left early. It was super cheap and so we didn't expect much but it was clean, big, great shower, great location and lake views. Decor a little dated. Very close to the Albert & co, the best cafe in Lakes. It's not for any luxurious holiday, but for a comfortable sleep...

If you love 1970 style Aussie motels that are well maintained, this will suit you well. Good heating, massive TV (??!?!?). Kids could relax outside. A short drive from town. Recommend at this price point.

Good price and close to town. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The new TVs in the rooms are massive and if you request a room with Wi-Fi they will ensure you are in one. It's great for the price.

This hotel is definitely one if you're on a Very tight budget. Although the room is clean, it is obvious that it is old and out dated and needs a complete refurbishment. There was stains ingrained around the sink, on the tiled floor etc. The appliances were all very old and basic. Everything was basic. Except the TV, oddly. We...

For $55 a night this is a steal. It is 100m from a beautiful lookout and a short walk to Albert and Co which is a great local cafe. Everything works although the curtains are practically see-through at night and the hot water takes a while to come. Huge TV perfectly placed to watch in bed.

Very reasonably priced unit with very friendly and helpful staff. Really clean with fresh crisp bed linen. Bed was firm and comfortable with lovely soft pillows and serviced daily. Short drive to shopping centre and great fishing spots surround the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend with no hesitation.

Wife, myself and niece stayed at this motel. We booked on line as the rate was attractive and facilities seemed good. Lucky for them we arrived at 6.00 pm and it was already dark. The room was very small outdated and uninviting. Not all was bad the bed was very comfortable, air worked well and TV good. Sadly the shower...

Location just before entering Lakes Entrance from Bairnsdale.near Look-out spot. Clean room, big flat screen TV, comfortable bed and two seats and frigde as well as coffee/tea facilities. Free breakfast is toast with marmelade or cereals, coffee, tea and jus. There is a small pool and a BBQ. Minus point: no seats outside the unit.
