Big family apartment, clean and basic. Paper thin walls, lots.of street noise (Sat Night boozers) - TV didnt work nor did dvd player. So many stairs not good for kids or older people no elevator. OK for a stop over - ill look elsewhere next time.

Stayed at this hotel to see a Friday night AFL match at Geelong - within easy walking distance to the ground and the next morning an easier walking distance to the waterfront for good cafes. The room itself was large and well set out, warm (it was cold outside) and big enough for the two of us. It isn't a... More

Stayed here with a group but would never stay here with my partner. It's pretty dated, lots of stairs and single beds. The walls must be pretty thin because I could hear every noise within 200 metres. Lucky it's not on a main road. Centrally located.

We didn't read any reviews before coming here and as someone else stated, probably wouldn't have come here if we had read them. But I think we were lucky enough to be here on a weekday instead of a weekend. It didn't look particularly good from the outside, but once we were in the room (on the ground floor) we... More

On the plus side, the room was clean and the location perfect for us to walk to dinner and a show a few streets away. That is where it ended though. Room is basic, bland, stark. Wine glasses are thick, clumsy looking very unattractive things that look more like an old fashioned dessert glass. Not sure if the air con... More

Good, comfortable apartment with extra large bathroom and full kitchen. Our room was on the top floor so it had very high ceilings. Whilst the entire building is dated and could do with a full renovation (including installing a lift) and fit out, we were very happy with our 7 night booking. The higher ceilings actually made our room seem... More

The accommodation at Nireeda is reasonably basic - there are lots of stairs and no elevator so unsuitable for those with mobility needs. The apartment we rented was a little awkward in layout, with the bathroom off the main living area. The service from Sejul - the attendant - was excellent however. He was friendly, attentive, professional and very welcoming.

I stayed here as a last minute booking the night before a deep sea fishing charter, the apartment (112) was very clean and spacious. Rooms are very quite and beds are incredibly comfy. I stayed with three other friends and none of us have a single bad word to say! To top it off the service we were welcomed with... More

Basic apartment - but clean. Don't expect too much and you will not be disappointed. Receptionist very helpful. Not much more to say really - cost a lot for very little. Good for friends out on the town. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxccccccxu.

We spent the night here on 17th December. Its location is unbeatable as it was just 5 minutes' walk to Westfield Geelong (a large shopping complex with Coles, Target and many other shops inside) and about 10 minutes' walk to the pier and The Carousel. We booked the split-level two-bedroom apartment. It was located two levels above the ground floor... More
