I was very pleased to find the Bendigo Guesthouse. It is an old house located near the hospital and the velodrome. It has been renovated and reconfigured into several individual rooms that can be rented in different configurations, so you can rent a single room, several, or the whole house. We had a single room towards the back of the...

I stayed here for a week with a group of 6 adults. We had the 3 bedroom house and 1 extra guest room. This house is amazing, large rooms with period features, good cooling and heating, its own laundry and fully stocked kitchen. It is a wonderful place to spend a lazy day or to return to after a day...

I booked here for one night during the Bendigo International Festival of Exploratory Music. The price was right and not too far from the festival venues. The only trouble I had was figuring out how and where to check in! I phoned the number on the sign out front and found out I had to drive a couple minutes down...

Quaint. But not perfect. Close to cbd. Not 100 clean. But not too noisy. I probably may stay again but not my first choice.

I got a little lost on my way in Bendigo, but was well looked-after by the owner - he came along himself and very helpfully directed me around the street, showed me around the B&B, before leaving me to my own means. The B&B itself appears nothing audacious from the front - I could have been in anyone's front garden,...

I'm not quite sure about this B & B. It seems to currently be a combination of a wanabee B & B and an old fashioned guesthouse with long term guests. First impressions from the street are not exciting. It's in a city still oozing opulance from its gold mining past...and now seemingly from its rapidly expanding and very successful...

“The 2 bedroom house would easily sleep a family of 6. The accommodation caters for a solo or couple to a group of 12 plus.”
