Stayed here for a night in the 26th November. When booking in I felt very sorry for the lovely receptionist. The customer before us was SO rude to her and she was very composed. However the bathroom in our room needed a serious upgrade. The TV was tiny and the remote control did not work. Probably needs new batteries. And...

We stayed for one Saturday night in November. The towels were large and luxurious and in stark contrast to other motels where we've stayed. The shower was warm and refreshing. The bed was most comfortable and led to easy sleep. Wi-fi Internet is a big disappointment, but that seems to be so everywhere we stayed, except for the Public Libraries....

From the UK stayed 3 nights October 16. Loved : check in easy and complimentary carton of milk for that all important cup of tea.. Really friendly and helpful staff especially reception staff Not so sure: one night ...A lot of noise from guests next door ' disagreeing loudly ' shall we say, so a bit uncomfortable with clear swearing...

Spent 3 days here, with a group of Gentlemen, holding our AGM. The accommodation although old, was clean and tidy, the staff friendly, the Waite staff very attentive, food excellent, we had Buffet Breakfast each day, and on the Saturday night a full on 3 course dinner in a private dinning space , as well as the Motel having an...

Stop over with our daughter and her very young baby. We had adjoining rooms as two bedroom accommodation was not available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The weather during our stay was unfavourable so we did not walk any distance from the Hotel, however it was a very short drive to the main business district.

I was met at reception by a very very pleasant man named Darren who was very attentive and dealt with every request that I sent to this motel. Is kept in immaculate condition and has easy access for motor vehicles and parking directly out the front of your motel room once inside you're met by a spacious room with a...

This motel is well-located in the centre of Bendigo. It was well-patronised with most rooms being occupied so perhaps more money could be spent on maintenance. Our room was very tired with loose and damaged plaster on two walls, bathroom towel rails hanging off their fittings, a drawer unit in a wardrobe hanging at a 10 degree angle and a...

This is a typical motel type setup conveniently in the centre of Ballarat. The rooms are on two levels around a courtyard. Parking is directly outside. Whilst clean enough the place seems slightly run down and looks a bit 1970's-ish. There is a small outdoor pool.

I use this hotel as a base while visiting Ballarat every few months or so. Staff esp. Kylie, are very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Haven't tried restaurant for any meal other than breakfast, but have heard great things about dinner from locals. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Have stayed as solo, family, and couple.

Fantastic location - walking distance from city centre. Excellent service. Rooms comfortable but could definately use an upgrade - no fan in bathroom, no place to put clothes when in bathroom, lighting in room terrible, decor pretty drab. Was told that rooms are slowly being upgraded which will be great! Fridge & bar supply excellent. Beds are comfortable. Love the...
