This motel was a little way out of the city, but well worth the short drive - passing under the arch of remembrance. The staff were very helpful and accommodating of our needs and professional. Good for families and couples.

Spending a week here very basic not worth $95 a night worth only about $75 a night, the water pressure in the shower and basin to low and very cold of a night time as heater doesn't work properly and problems with locking and unlocking the door when I leave and return. Only good thing is the WiFi is adequate... More

Although the Motel is old, the rooms were clean and tidy. We had a room at the back of the motel and there was no highway noise which was good. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and the Breaky Room was well presented and clean and tidy, however a heater would have been nice, bit chilly in... More

Room old and desperately in need of upgrade. Paint peeling, mismatched taps, heating minimal in winter. Advertising of rooms is a bit misleading as only show the good rooms. May have some upgraded but those not done desperately need attention. Budget priced on Trivago and got what paid for.

Stayed two nights on Friday 13th May & Saturday 14th May. We knew it was a budget motel but was not expecting it to be so old and outdated. The room had a bad smell when we entered and was small with very old furniture, the bedding was a blanket and quit. The air conditioner wasn't working properly and struggled... More

For the price this motel is excellent. New curtains, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV. New bathroom and toilet fixtures and new shower curtain. Swimming pool in the centre of the complex. All in all great value. A few small paint jobs and neatening up to attend to but overall great place to stay. Attended a sugarcraft seminar at the Mercure... More
