A great few days. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautifully maintained buildings and grounds. Rooms have been recently refreshed with a new paint job and windows.

Lovely relaxing property with a lake to walk around, a warm (bit too cool pool) BBQs,Gym, spa etc. Room was lovely and spacious with full kitchen and comfortable couch and dining setting. We stayed two nights here and loved the beautiful old buildings. On arriving we strolled around the lake, and then took a paddle boat out for a ride. We loved our room, which was in excellent condition. there was great water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. the only negative from our stay is that there are no lifts...

I decided to come here with a friend to celebrate my birthday this year. We arrived approx 2.00pm and from our first moment we knew we would love it. We spent 4 nights at the Worldmark, Ballarat with my husband's brother and sister in law. We had a lovely two bedroom apartment with very high ceilings in this wonderful Heritage building. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen/living/dining area also very spacious. There was a TV in both the living area and main bedroom. There was no dishwasher, but...

The buildings themselves were fascinating and learning their history was entertaining. The gardens are lovely and so is the lake/reservoir. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke that no amount of Frebreeze or air freshener could get rid of. The lounge has stains all over it. The size of the room was very good. The staff were very nice, too nice,...

The only set back for this property is that the approach to it is a flat land of new housing in the Sebastopol area. Once inside the gates it is Victorian charm all the way. The rooms felt larger than they were because of the very high ceilings and the kitchenette was just that but I have to say we...

Staff are super friendly. Resort is well placed with nice gardens to walk in, a tennis court, gym and spa, swimming pool and seats dotted about the place. This is an old homestead and no lifts. Room was one bedroom. Quite nice, although bathroom was small, marks on carpet and burn marks on laminate in kitchen. Bed was comfortable and...
