We took our family to Tasmania, 6 of us in total. This hotel looked ok from its photos, but upon entering the room all that changed. There was a horrible smell, which I think may have been coming from the neighbours spicy cooking, it made our eyes water, I had to get out of there straight away. We took the... More

On first impression upon entering the room looked spacious and clean, however this was soon removed when walking into the bathroom to find a shower full of dirt and hair. The toilet did not flush properly and became blocked. The stairwell was not lit properly and was dark and creepy. The rooms were so noisy and you could hear every... More

We found the rooms to be very spacious and comfortable with everything that you need for a home away from home. The spa bath was incredible, just what we needed. Lovely views and within a nice short walk to the city centre.

This was a large, rather shabby apartment. The windows were dirty. The window sills were dusty and contained a number of dead flies. There was a balcony which looked dirty and was right next to the walk way, so there was no privacy (Or security) at all, so it was pretty much unusable. There was a cupboard with a dirty... More

Not going to diss the place. We had a few issues, they've been sorted by management after they were informed and very thankful to get the feedback one on one. Traffic was noisy but because I come from a country town with little to no traffic, of course I'm going to think it's noisy.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment during the summer holidays for two nights. To be honest I had read quite a few bad reviews about this place and was hesitant to book, but we took a punt and we are glad we did. The room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and... More

We booked a one room apartment and were offered an up grade that we took, to a 2 bedroom apartment. However the 2 bedroom apartment was over the main street and very noisy. Most places like this have a high quality glass that blocks noise from the street, not these units. The view was lovely but there was no veranda... More

We booked through Wotif for a family of four. Upon arrival we are told Wotif stuffed up and that the room booked was not happening. We got "upgraded" to a spa room with no table, a shower that was broken, and full size dirty black hand prints on the wall (check picture). After we explained that we needed new towels... More

Do not stay here. It was absolutely horrible. My fiancé and I stayed here for one horrible night. The bed was so uncomfortable and old, I had a spring sticking into my side all night. There was no air con even though the room said there was one and the Windows had no fly wire so we couldn't even leave... More
