My husband and I needed a place to stay for a friends birthday. The Sebel was priced ok for a one night stop and we were given a studio apartment. Very comfortable. Ear plugs were beside the bed which was worrying but there was no noise even though we faced the front road. Had to get the hairdryer replaced and... More

Clean, spacious and convenient location, The Sebel is definitely high on the list of accommodation preferences in Launceston. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant serves wonderful food at sensible prices. The Sebel is very highly recommended

Seemed to me to be one of those rare experiences where it was evident that this hotel was planned, built and operated by professionals. Excellent , spacious room , easy to live in. Staff likewise, professional and helpful. Altogether an excellent stay over three nights.

Centrally located, rooms spacious clean & well maintained. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt, food hot but didn't enjoy the burger. Car parking was an extra $8 a day. Great place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed only 1 night. Best sleep we have ever had for a long time. Comfy king size bed, clean and well kept room. Everything that you would need for your stay. We would especially like to thank Michelle on the front desk that helped us with a mishap with our booking (entirely our... More

We really enjoyed our one night stay at the Sebel Launceston; it was a very pleasant experience. We appreciated the modern, clean lines of the hotel as so many Launceston hotels ‘play the Colonial card’ with four poster beds and lace curtains. It was good to find this small boutique hotel had modern, comfortable furnishings with colourful, cotemporary styled accommodation.... More

The environment and everything are really good. Its like the modern one amongst others. If you don't cook this is absolutely suitable for your stay. However, it's a hotel apartment, don't expect you can cook a big meal at night! It's only have a small kitchen space. The cooktop only fit one pan or a pot even though they gives... More

The room was a good size and well equipped. The ear plugs beside the bed were a bit disconcerting but although the clock tower chimed on every 1/4 hour it really wasn't a bother! Location was good and close enough to walk most places. Undercover parking was limited & $8.00 but parking inspectors in force on surrounding streets!

Stayed for 1 night with family (2 toddlers) in 2 BR apartment. Prior to trip inquired about port-a-cots and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and said not only would they provide 2 (no extra charge) they would rearrange 2nd BR and set them both up - all was done perfectly on arrival. Morning of arrival requested an earlier... More
