My husband and I stayed with another couple here and it was pitiful. There were cobwebs everywhere. The beds were dusty and dirty. The shower was covered in built up filth and grime. The bathroom leaked and it rained the night we stayed which meant when we woke up in the morning, the floor had flooded due to poor sealing on the windows. We got out of bed in the second bedroom and stepped into water. The bed heads were also wet from the rain, not to mention the curtains dripping as well. My husband and friend went for a swim in the pool, only to find floating bandaids and ants swarming around the pool edge, as well as the hair in clumps in the pool! This hotel needs to be rated 1 star, if that! Absolutely disgusting, not maintained and very run down. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay! Not worth the money or your own discomfort. Terrible!

Got to room and it had - mould and ground in dirt in the shower toilet moved when you sat on it Pillow case was dirty with what looked like spots of blood the room was very dusty TV so small you need binoculars to watch it. Freezer in fridge iced up and mouldy. Not worth the price we paid for the rppm and will stay elsewhere next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and ours had a great view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs, nothing was a problem. We booked for four night's but ended up staying five night's. This is a very central place to stay, e.g close to Launceston City, Cataract Gorge, Country Club Casino. A very good place to base yourself. Many places to eat near by, Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away. There is an indoor swimming pool, Spa, Games room, BBQ and parking is not an issue.Kids friendly. A great place to stay for overnight or a week. We are definitely going back. We would like to thank to all the staff and management for looking after us and being caring.

The 2 bedroom apartment was dreadful. One panel heater to heat the entire apartment. We sat in our down coats for ages it was so cold. There were just 3 spare old blankets for 4 beds and one bed had no electric blanket at all. The bathroom was a joke it was so small and both the shower and hand basin taps dripped badly. The ironic suggestion the guests save water by using their towels, that were threadbare summed up this disaster of a motel. The front door barely closed on the lock. We put a chair against it as a good shove would have rendered it useless. The gaping hole around the door did nothing to stop the cold coming in. The second bedroom had a hanging rod that either required one to climb onto a ledge if you weren't 7 foot tall! The curtains were old and falling apart and lichen was growing on the window NOT child friendly and very dangerous for toddlers. I really can't understand why anyone thought this place was excellent unless of course they were drunk or stoned.

We booked & paid through agoda for 4 peoole were then made pay an additional $25 apon arrival was put in a room with 1 double bed 1 single bed no extra bedding nothing for the additional money! I don't believe I should of been made pay extra when I had already paid for 4 people! The service was quite rude. The spa was cold and chlorine far to strong We would NOT stay again after how we were treated and their greediness in making us pay extra for someone who was already paid for.
