Fabulous rooms, so spacious. The balcony is great. Brilliant having restaurants at Seaport. Very peaceful area. Rooms facing water better definitely. Bring own breakfast food or go to Cube Cafe. Is a bit of a walk into Launceston (about 15 minutes). Very busy highway. Free wifi great. Beds very comfortable.

The upside is the staff. We were checked in by a lovely gentleman (mid forties whose name I forgot to write down) who gave us great tips on places to visit. Super friendly and accommodating. The location was a pleasant 20 minute walk to Cataract Gorge. (A must see, take the Zig Zag track for a heart rate raising hike).... More

All in all not a bad place to stay, there was a few concerns with 2 out of 3 light bulbs blown in bathroom but attended to in timely fashion by management. Only drawback is that you are not given car park space with your room so if you are driving here be prepared to pay $8 a day for... More

We stayed at this nice hotel on a recent stay in Launceston and were impressed with most of our experience. The hotel is located in a very central position next to a creek off the main river. We selected a river view room which wasn't all that inspiring overlooking an industrial area and the rowing club. The room was nice... More

We stayed in the River view suite. Whilst the view is not spectacular [across the other side is the rowing club, huge silos, and an industrial area] it is the room itself that made the stay very comfortable. The river suite is a huge one bedroom apartment. Lounge area has comfortable chairs. Large kitchen, dining table and bathroom with good... More

We spent three nights at this hotel. Staff were so welcoming and I mean all staff - reception, housekeeping, no matter who we saw. Location is great with a variety of places to eat within the complex.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we had a wonderful time. Our room was on the 3rd floor room 3003, it was clean, comfortable and very spacious. This hotel is only 14km from the airport and a short walk into town. If you're looking for great coffee go to Cube which is part of the... More

We spent one night at Peppers Seaport Hotel en route to Derwent Bridge And Lake St Clair having flown in from Melbourne with Jetstar (ugh). It's a good way to break up this particular journey as flying in and driving out on the same day would be pretty tiring, especially for old folks. On arrival we were upgraded from a... More

Stayed for two days in large, spacious suite with king bed, laundry, kitchen, coffee machine, TV, cable, and free internet. Great place to stay, with easy access to riverfront and city and the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Cube restaurant was handy for a lovely riverside breakie.
