Top floor of 3 storey walk up renovated and clean. (Room 8 the choicest ) on top level with one bedroom, fully self contained, laundry, spacious living, deck around 2 sides. Private, reverse cycle A/C everything for comfortable few days in Launceston. Not luxury, basic but good standard, for fit, self catering travellers. Very steep climb from city but well... More

comfortable bed. Decor is good ...air conditioned. Hot water can run out quickly..Bath won't hold water as the drain hole is broken. Good size rooms. Fridge needs door shelves. Otherwise a comfy stay only a few hundred metres from town. Great view over the city and The Tamar

The apartment was clean, comfortable and so convenient for us in what was a family emergency. It has parking with easy access to the city centre. The service was kind and courteous. The location ideal, close to George Street and the CBD in general with beautiful views of the lovely city. Thank you!

This was just a one night stop over off the boat down to Hobart, in a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. An easy drive from Devonport, we probably could have driven another ½ hour so be closer to Hobart than 2 ½ hour drive the next day, but on the other hand accommodation options were less in the country... Top floor unit was very comfortable with the views across the city to the gorge a bonus. Kitchen was basic but met our needs. Car park is very tight but there's plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are large, airconditioner is not good in summer heat. Very central and easy to walk to nightlife and restaurants. Very good value for money. No movies or internet or DVDs as was advertised. Small free car parking spaces and there ate strairs to navigate.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay and the spacious living area and balcony. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed the old houses in this area. A 5 min walk to town. Free wifi was in the deal but we only found a paid service. Could have phoned but not an issue for a short stay. Would def stay again.

My wife and I recently stayed at 96 on Arthur, good budget accommodation, apartments are well equipped, clean and comfortable, the location is great, front apartments have a view over the city. Don,t expect 5 star, if you want all mod cons go somewhere else. Not suitable if you have mobility problems, lots of hills and stairs. Reception is not... More

We arrived at the apartment at 9.20pm to find no reception after walking around the building rang the number on the board out the... More

We arrived at above address in the afternoon and walked around the building a few times with limited movement to find the reception, there wasn't any. We finely had to knock at somebodies door to get further information . There was not even any sign age or written information what to do. We ended up not to stay at those... More
