We stayed over en route from Melbourne to Adelaide. Thankfully only for one night. The room was dark, dingy, dated and noisy from the paper thin walls we heard the person next door snoring! The bathroom needs ripping out, pink basin, no plug, white toilet and the cupboard around the basin rotting from the wet of the wet room. Dinner...

Stayed the one night and all the staff were smiling. The restaurant had a great menu and the chicken with Brie was great. The room was quiet and I had a great sleep. Location is good and Mac Park racing circuit is just up the road.

The rooms are extremely outdated and bathrooms are horrendous! The walls between rooms are super thin to the point you can hear your neighbour going to the bathroom. Really poor environment, not worth the price.

Stayed for one night for a break from camping. The mattress was so soft/uncomfortable my partner booked a physio for the morning. Walls are paper thin could hear Family guy clear as day on one side and a baby screaming on the other. Pool not very clean, spa water was colder than pool and sauna was out order. This was...

Wished we had read reviews before booking. When you read the one star reviews back to 2010 I can repeat all exactly the same complaints in 2017. Dark dingy dirty and horrible. The carpet was stiff with dirt and so were the curtains. The worst ever. Nothing has changed but somehow this place continues to catch people out with one...

We had broken down and was towed to Mt Gambier. Cherylynn - the receptionist was magnificent in helping us book a room by talking to Total care for us. So friendly and helpful in an stressful situation - having walked with our bags off the street. Yes the room is out dated but you can't fault the cleanliness. Comfortable bed,clean...

Stayed for 1 night. Had 1 double and 1 twin. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Bit dated, but did not bother us. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Wanted to eat in restaurant, but shut as they said no one had booked (not what you would expect from a hotel). Not walking distance to centre, but only a short drive away. Ok...

Despite a pleasant reception area and delightful young lady on the desk, the room itself was simply awful. Dark wood furniture which was scratched, plastic hessian patterned formica, and worst of all an apricot bathroom suite with self patterned matching apricot tiles. It was ghastly. I suppose it was clean, though the bathroom had some growth of mould. We complained,...

This was the first motel on our trip from Adelaide to the Great Ocean Road. Received a warm & friendly upon arrival. We didn't book ahead this trip as we were outside school holidays so no problems with room availability. We were given a "business" suite for the same price as a regular room as it wasn't busy. It was...
