My recent visit to the central caravan park in Mount Gambier was made extremely unpleasant by one of the senior staff working there by the name of Karla. I found her overall attitude and moodiness was alwost always negative, abrupt and very rude and was even outrightly abusive…
no wifi and they give you 100mb but reception is very bad, nothing to brag about 2 parts to this place 1 across the road didn't see a playground or pool nothing to do there no comunal place to cook, only stayed 1 night
Very old park with old facilities. Facilities are kept very clean given the age Lady at check in was very pleasant. Site was reasonable value, level and grassed. Wouldn’t stay with children, lacking room.
Old and very rundown. The best part of the caravan park was remarkably the amenities which had a pass-code on the door and were very clean. The park stretches across the road and I didn't really feel very safe. Camp kitchen was less than acceptable, cold and open to the elements.
We were booked for two nights but left after one as we felt unsafe. Old and rundown. Overpriced. Stretches across the road. No facilities. Good location for walking into town but that’s about it. There are plenty of other parks not far out of the centre of town.
"Not many caravan sites but all are grassed and the place is mostly cabins"
"Powered site 25, large, reasonably sheltered and next to the amenities."

"Head down to the library, 2 blocks, for free WIFI!"
"Double check beds and kids numbers - double bed for sharing kids - or if your kids cant share just make sure about that"
