Stayed the weekend From the start the staff were bright and helpful, and this paid off for me with transport tips and directions to the best coffee. They go the extra distance with customer service. Security was first class with key access. Management was never far away at all times around common areas. Common areas had plenty of lounges and...

Stayed here for 4 nights in July 2014, it's out of season then so the place was quiet but in summertime this hostel gets super busy and booking way in advance is a must! The building itself is beautiful, the rooms and bathrooms spotless. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, all local to the area so they know what...

The exterior of the hotel has a lovely charm and character. The interior was dark, dirty and dingy. That means the whole interior. If you're on a budget, you could probably bear this place. Upon arrival, the sheets on my bed had been turned down. I discovered underneath the paper thin blanket that there had been a surprise left for...

There is nothing to say, this hostel is a good one. Very well-kept and clean, no bad surprises. The rooms are wide and there are no bunk bed, which is great. Moreover, you have free internet and free morning breakfast. The staff is friendly. There is great terace. And it's very well situated in Glenelg, close to the beach, and...

I stayed in Glenelg for two nights in a private room. Interior furniture was very basic. Just a bed and a bedside table and a mirror. The carpet looked very filthy (full of stains you actually don't wanna know what it was). Shared bathrooms were ok, i had them most of the time for myself and they where more or...
