After leaving Cesnock and heading down the old Convict Trail through Wollombi and Buckety (Which we advise not to do as it is a waste of fuel and time) we drove straight through to Wollongong. The motel is mainly used for student accommodation but allows traveller stays. Before checking in, we wanted to make sure there was secure parking as... More

Rooms full of mould. Floors filthy. Kitchenette only has no toaster or cooking facilities ( unless you like microwave cooking). Bannister unstable for kids. Long staircase in room to carry bags up. No view. Boxy rooms. Overall disgusting. Warned that we will get fined by fire brigade if we open bathroom door during showering Would never stay here again. Also... More

Basic student / hostel type accommodation. Comfortable bed and relatively clean room. Lift was out of order, so had to foot it up from the car park to the 3rd level. Stairway to upper rooms pass through the room and you can hear the neighbours overhead and at the side.

We stayed at Keiraview, with some trepidation, after reading other reviews posted here. As we were going to be checking in quite late and leaving early the next morning and thought "How bad can it be?" Well...check-in was reasonably smooth, though old tech with things written out. The Receptionist was quite young but very nice. And thats where the good... More

This should not be advertised as a motel. There was mould throughout the bathroom it was very noisy and the balcony was filthy with a build up of dust and dirt. Carpets disgusting stair wells filthy and under parking dirty as well. Not a very nice experience at all.

I booked for 2 nights and only stayed for 1, with my 4 year old daughter. Great place for easy walk to crown mall etc. Room is quite small, small table hard to sit at. Room carpet, and balcony is flithy. No hand soap supplied at vanity to wash hands. Secure parking underneath, with extremely narrow ramp only a small... More

Me and two friends stayed at Keiraview for a long weekend. Firstly, the photos of the rooms on the website are NOTHING like the actual rooms. Our room was very dirty (to the extent that we wore shoes inside and thongs in the shower) and it had a horrible stale/musty smell. It needs a serious clean, paint and carpet shampoo.... More

Where shall I start - The walls are so thin I heard next doors mobile phone alarm going off at 6am. The shower cubicle was absolutely filthy with mouldy grouting more than half way up the wall. The lift was out of order when I arrived on Monday night and was still out of order on Thursday morning when I... More

Don't stay here if you would actually like to get some sleep. The walls are paper thin, you can clearly hear conversations next door. The thud of the foot steps upstairs are burned into my brain forever. The carpet is revolting. Its basic and I know you get what you pay for but I thought $125 would aleast get me... More

It's the best option to stay in Wollongong if you're travelling alone. The rooms are clean and very comfortably furnished. The shared kitchen facility is very good and easy to use. They have free WiFi. Although they cannot be used inside the rooms , it is still very convinient to come into the common area and use it. The location... More
